Amara's POV

2 months later...

Neymar and I have now been together for 8 months and it has nothing short of amazing. We've basically even live together as I had some clothes at his house while he had some at mine as we usually just stayed at one of the two even though we haven't officially gave each other the moving in speech. Neymar and I have even discussed going to Brazil, Germany, and Mexico next year to see how different our cultures are and also how they were similar. I even added that he could meet both of my grandparents when we went to visit there home land deep in thought I didn't hear Neymar asking me a question.

"So what do you want for your birthday" wow I've been so caught up in my love life that I didn't even notice that there was a couple days until my birthday as we've just entered December my birth month. "Well as long as it's from you I'm sure I'll love it". I meant that with all honestly as he's an amazing gift giver.

"What do you think since my birthday is coming up I was wondering if I should host a Great Gatsby gala in my honor". Looking at him for his thoughts on my idea "Well I think that's an amazing idea babe we can even have it at the big renting center down the block from my house". With his brilliant suggestion I than got to planning as I only had 11 days to do everything. So I may or may not have had my dads company help me with all the shipping things I needed from overseas but hey that's what fathers are for right.

"No the centerpieces have to be centered and aligned perfectly or it will block the view". Neymar took his job as my assistant very...seriously as he could sometimes be a perfectionist. "Oh babe I forgot to tell you I got this Versace silver and black cane to go with my outfit tonight" yeah I decided since it was a Great Gatsby theme that everyone should dress apart to the decade I mean who doesn't love a good flapper dress and suit. "Okay babe I think everything's good we should head to the house now to get ready as we don't want to be late to my own party.

My dress for my birthday gala consisted of a silvery white long flapper dress with pearls all around and I paired that with long white silk gloves. Since you couldn't see my feet I just put on some white kitten heels and my hair was pinned back in a simple 1920's updo with a beaded headpiece. My makeup was very plain as my dress had enough going on and I didn't want the two to clash much so I just went with a bold red lip for a pop of color.

"You ready babe Leo already texted that people were there" making my way downstairs to meet with Neymar we both stopped and stared at each other once we noticed one another's presence. "Wow you look stunning beautiful" blushing at his response I complimented him back "You also look dapper handsome and you were right about the cane it does make the outfit come all together". Neymar wanting to match me had on a black and white suit along with his cane. "Before we leave I have a surprise for you and it's outside so I need you to close your eyes" trusting him I closed my eyes as he guided me out the door.

"Okay now open them" letting out a excited scream I hugged him "Thank you so much baby but where did you find it" looking at his gift he went on and told me the story of how he got it. "Well there was this dealer in Madrid so I had him ship it out to me and tada her it is your birthday gift" my gift that he got me as he knew my love for vintage vehicles was a white car from back in the 20's surprisingly it even matched my party theme. "Shall we" Neymar said as he opened the door to the car for me to get in "We shall" once seated we were on our way to the gala.

Arriving at the party true to his word Leo was right a lot of people were here already. Getting off the car and entering the venue we were greeted by a lot of people and many happy birthdays were wished to me I even seen Neymar's and I's family who were seating at a table together. "You guys didn't tell me your were coming" I said to them as I went around greeting everyone at the table "I know we all wanted to surprise you" talking with them for a while until I went to greet the rest of my guess which were a lot as I invited all my friends and Neymar's, I even invited the whole futbol club even our chefs were here.

It was loud at the party as we were all having a good time talking until Neymar got a microphone and quieted it down "Now I would just like to say Thank You to everyone who came out to celebrate my beautiful girlfriends birthday but I have one more favor to ask of you guys. Tonight was not only a night of drinking and talking but of dancing so if you guys could please join Amara and I on the dance floor for a final slow dance it would be greatly appreciated" not knowing that we planned on dancing to a slow song in the middle of the dance floor so this was just as much of a surprise to me as everyone else "Will you please do me the honor of joining me on the dance floor Ms.Eréndira" Neymar asked with a posh voice with his hand held out for me "I would love to Mr. Dos Santos" accepting his awaiting hand we made our way to the dance floor where some people were already therewith their partner.

As the music began Neymar and I started to sway to the beat of the music "You know since the beginning of this year when we met I knew you were the one for me.You just had this look in your eye that could capture anyone's attention from miles away and then your smile was what caught my attention also as it was so beautiful and captivating that it was almost unreal how angelic it made you appear but the thing that kept me stuck on you and made me fall in love with you even more was your personality I mean who would've thought that this goddess of a person can get even more perfect which of course you being you could. What I'm trying to say here is that I love you Amara until the end of my days and I hope that in our future together we could grow as one" with watery eyes I pulled him into a life shattering kiss

"I love you too Neymar since we went on our first friend date I knew you were the one and if I had my life to live again, I'd fine you sooner. I love you because I want to be the girl who makes your bad days good, I want you to say this is the girl changed my life since I met her, I want to be your never ending thought and most importantly I want you to be able to say this is girl I want something with and not anyone else because you Neymar are the best thing that has ever happened to me and I don't have enough word to express what you make me feel" finishing my mini rant we shared one more kiss before finishing off our slow dance.

A little after our slow dance guess started to leave including our close friends and parents. So since Neymar and I were partied out we decided to head on out also as we didn't need to pick up or close anything because we hired people to do that. Getting to Neymar's house we headed upstairs to his bedroom to change out of our gala outfits but before I could even slip my dress off Neymar was already hugging me from behind and kissing my neck up and down. So with that being said we had a repeat of our night in France well maybe more then one more repeat but that was for me to know.
