Chapter 7

Neymar's POV

Her voice was beautiful wait did she say Leon. Luis and I quickly looked at each other as we made the connection that Leo already knew her but as we turned to look at him we realized he was star struck just like us but after a while he responded. Little warrior since when did he call her that and what does he mean by he hasn't seen her since he was little. I mean were they friends or more because all I'm saying is Leo's 8 years older than her that practically makes him a pedophile and he's already married with kids so he would also be a cheater.

Loosing focus I was brought back by her adorable giggle which sounded like angels singing. As she was talking with Leo about her brother they were interrupted by the restaurant's host and she said a quick goodbye. As she left Luis and I decided to interview Leo on his new "friendship".

"Are you cheating on Antonella because if so are you stupid" way to go Luis because that's how you want to start a conversation. "What no. Look I didn't know Amara was the new signing me, her, and her brother were good friends when we were little as they lived here for a short period of time due to their fathers jobs but we lost connection when she left as I was barley turning 16 and she was 8 we had no way of keeping contact".

Amara was her name it was beautiful just like her and after hearing what Leo had to say Luis apologized for accusing him of cheating and we made our way to our table.Walking in we realized we were the last ones to arrive and get seated. Trying to find seats were we could all sit together we saw some open by Amara and her friend so we made our way there.

3rd Person POV

Once everyone was settled waiters came to take everyone's order. "So new girl how about you tell us about yourself" Luis questioned. "Well there's not anything really interesting about me" Amara replied and at that her friend Mapi let out a "cough" which sounded a lot like lie which made the table chuckle. "Okay well my name is Amara Ludwig Eréndira and I'm 23 years old. I've won 2 World Cups and 2 Olympic Gold medals one each with my respected country Germany and USA. I have a brother named Augustus whose 4 years older then me, my mother whose Afro-Mexican is world class surgeon along with her parents, my father is German and a million dollar business man, my grandma on his side is a Charity Women, and my Grandpa co-owns Bayern Munich. I'm currently still apart of the USWNT and I also graduated high school and college early and have a bachelor degree in neuroscience ".

Noticing everyone was quite Amara made sure they were okay "What did I say something wrong" at her response Mapi replied with "Is there anything you can't do". Amara taking this question seriously said "Speak Arabic" Mapi realizing she took the questions serious said "What" Amara answering her said  "Well you asked me what I couldn't do and I can't speak Arabic but I can speak Spanish, Italian, English, German, Portuguese, French, Chinese, and a little bit of sign language".

Once again realizing everyone was quite she asked "What". This time Leo reply "You know what missy you just hush because you make even me seem like an underachiever". As the discussion flowed all Neymar can think about is she's perfect, to perfect, and maybe she'll reject him if he tried to ask her out for a date. Neymar didn't think he had a chance as he was just him and she was just her perfect self.

Amara POV

After finishing brunch which was delicious by the way I decided to make an announcement to the group. "Hey so I was thinking of having a house warming party this Saturday before practice starts up again and you guys are all welcomed to come with your partners and kids". Feeling relieved that I received mostly okays until Leo opened his mouth " Are you sure you want kids going. I mean our partners I get but kids wouldn't they just ruin your fun". This response I gasped like what he said was the most ridiculous thing ever "Hey I love kids and spending time with them as a matter of a fact I'm waiting for my brother to give me a niece or nephew and if you're so worried about them ruining the fun I have a pool and a gaming room for them to play in".

Hearing there's a gaming room and pool Luis replied with a "Well screw the kids I want the pool and gaming room". Mapi also agreed "Yeah the kids could play with the leaves or something". I laughed at their childish behavior "Well anyways I'll send my address to the the FC Barcelona Chat and I'll hope to see you all there". Saying goodbye as Mapi and I had some shopping to do we headed to my G wagon and to the stores we went. While we were shopping she asked me a ridiculous question "So did you seen any cute guys at brunch that you would like to date".

I looked at her perplexed "What no anyways half the guys are married or have girlfriends". Mapi looked at me with a bitch really face "Oh come on theres got to be at least one person who you thought was cute". Finally caving in "Okay there was this one person who I thought was cute but wouldn't want anything more then a friendship with until I know him. He was sitting next to Leo and was all quiet" She looked excited by my answer. "You mean Neymar. I can totally see you guys together being the power couple of football" her saying that made laugh.

"Well will se how it goes with him until then let's go shopping some more". As we look around at different stores I may have splurged a little at designer stores but come on how could you not everything looked so pretty.

Once Mapi and I finished shopping she took us to her famous dessert spot which I got some amazing Miguelito's which were basically pastry stuffed desserts. Finishing our shopping day I dropped Mapi off at her house and said goodbye. Once arriving home I decided to put my shopping bags up and unpack some stuff that were still in my suitcases. Later after finishing putting my stuff away I made some calls to my girls as they would be getting ready for practice right now.

Making me some quick pasta and cleaning up after I decided since it's been a long day to just retire to my bedroom for the night. Laying down I remembered I haven't explored the city like I promised I would do so tomorrow I set my sights on exploring the new city. Sooner rather then later sleep took over my eyes.
