05. Study date

Liam's POV

It was 4:45, and to say i was excited would be an understatement. I searched up a few history facts just so i could impress you. I went over them in my head as i walked to your dorm room.

I made it to the door and knocked softly, i didn't want to seem to eager, this was just a casual study date with the love of my life. The door opened and to my surprise it wasn't you. It was your roommate, sabrina. I recognize her from your instagram and from when i follow you around, anyways. The fact that you were the only to open the door was very disappointing.

"Hi?" Sabrina said in a questioning tone.

"Uh hi, im here to study with isabella." I say back.

She looks me up and down then smiles and opens the door wider in order to let me in.

"Bella! Theres a boy here for you." Sabrina yells as she walks into a room that i assume to be her bedroom. I awkwardly stand alone in the living room as i wait for bella to appear.

She walks out of a room holding her class books.

"Hi!" She smiles at me and puts her books on the table.

"Hey." I reply back.

"So we can just work here in the living room" she says as she opens her books.

I sit down and nod.

About 20 minutes into working, we are telling each other stories and laughing, see darling? I told you that you could have so much better, i bet you've forgotten all about your little boyf-

Just then the door swung open.

Your "boyfriend", i think his name is alex, he came into the room and killed the whole vibe. He ruined the moment we were having, It made me so angry, i could kill him right now.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" Bella asked in a calm tone.

"Whats going on here? Are you cheating on me or something" he says while walking towards us.

"What no? Why would you think that." Bella says quickly, i can hear her starting to get scared, it breaks my heart. I want to kill him right now.

"What are you doing with this dude?" He says i can hear his voice raising.

"We're just studying! I swear" bella stands up from the couch.

"I don't believe you," he says, then looks at me "You better stay away from her". He says looking me right in the eyes. His pupils are a little dilated. He's either drunk or high. I don't want to leave him with her but i also don't want to start any drama.

"Its fine, we finished our papers anyway." I say as i turned to look at bella one last time. She smiles weakly and gives me an apologetic look. I grab my things and walk out the door.

im sorry darling.. but Alex has got to go.
