Dumb Idea

*Chapter 7*

My body was numb and I felt like i was spinning. I tried calling for Niall but I couldnt tell if any words were coming out. I was unable to open my eyes. I feel lifeless and cold. Am I dead? No. No I cant be. I have to see my uncle. I then started to hear voices. "Niall" i whispered. "ill go get him" i heard a man say. I barely felt a hand touch mine. It was Niall. "Cassie" he said crying. "Im so sorry i let this happpen to you." i opened my eyes. I saw he had some bruises but he was in much better shape than me. He sat next to me and cried. "Cassie. This is all my fault. I was on the phone, worried about your uncle and i didnt see the car coming..." he went on and on. "Stop" i cut him off. "We were both being careless" i told him the truth. I was also to blame. "im sorry i broke my promise" Niall said while wipping his tears. "Niall. I love you. I always will. I remember my dad saying tomorrow is a new day. In order to reach the top of the mountain you must climb. There will be obstacles along the way but you will get over them." he stopped crying just as my mom walked in. He kissed me on the cheek and left. She sat next to me and began to cry. "i thought i lost you" she said. "im here mom" i told her. "It wasnt only Niall's fault. Im to blame to so pleased dont be mad at Niall." I say while beginning to cry too. She smiled softly and told me she wasnt mad. "Cassie. Im sorry but Uncle Jeff passed away earlier today."she said while getting up and hugging me. My heart broke just like the rest of my body. I was gonna cry but i stopped. I got angry. I was angry at Niall. "NIALL!!!" i screamed as loud as i could. He came running in concerned. I started throwing my hands in the air in anger. "NIALL THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!! ITS YOUR FAULT I GOT HURT AND I DIDNT GET TO SEE MY UNCLE!! I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU!!!!!" Im so mad but i shouldnt be mad at Niall. I then started bawling. "ohh Niall. Im soo sorry. Im just so frustrated and ive been through alot today. I dont hate you Niall. I love you. Im sorry." i tell him. "its okay Cassie. I love you too. Get some sleep." he told me as i closed my eyes and fell alseep. I was dreaming. Niall and i were in the car crash again but this time was different. It felt so real. I was in so much pain. I saw a white light and walked towards it. I soon saw my dad with his brother, my uncle. I started to run but i never reached them. I called out to them "DADDY!!!! UNCLE JEFF!!!!" they didnt hear me. I was now running as fast as i could when all of a sudden, i start falling. I felt like i was never going to stop but then i saw the ground. BAM! I was now awake. Niall was there with his hands on my shoulders. He was shaking me. "what happened?" i asked. "you were screaming for your dad and your uncle." he said. I remember having nightmares like that after my dad died.

*1 week later*

Today is the day I get to go home. I walk through the door with my crutches and Mike runs in. He almost knocked me over. "I missed you Cassie!" he yelled. He helped me to my room and we unpacked. Such a great little brother. When we were done i called Niall to tell him that i was home. He said him and the boys would be here soon. Then the doorbell rang. Mike opened it and in came my cousin Kayla. She was crying. She sat next to me on the couch. "whats wrong Kayla?" i asked. "i miss my dad" she said through her tears. Kayla and I were very close growing up. "its okay Kayla. I know how you feel." At that moment all the boys walked in. Kayla knew i was dating Niall but she never met them. I knew she felt better because she just sat there staring at them. I introduced her to all the guys. I noticed that Kayla and Harry got on very well. I tried to get up to give Niall a hug but i forgot about my crutches so i fell. Niall caught me while giggling. "you cant walk you silly" he laughed. We all had a sleepover in the living room. All the boys were on the floor and me and Kayla were on both couches. I fell asleep and had a dream. I was walking in a church. At the end of the aisle were all the boys in tuxedos. I looked down and i was in a wedding dress. It was my wedding day. I looked to my right and there was my dad walking me down the aisle. As we reached the end my dad handed me off to Niall. I saw a tear flow down Niall's cheek. "you look beautiful." he whispered. We said our i dos and we kissed. I was now Cassandra Rose Horan. I was then woken up by pain in my leg. I need my medicine. I looked around the room and saw my crutches were no where to be found. I slowly stood up on my good foot. I saw Niall was laying right at my feet. I quickly jumped to get over him but sadly failed and landed next to him on my broken foot. CRACK!! I began to cry. Niall was the first to hear me. He picked me up and rushed me into the car. My mom, Kayla, Mike and the rest of the boys followed. I was in so much pain i couldnt relax. Im so stupid for jumping. i opened my eyes and saw i was in Nialls arms. We were soon in the hospital. I was put on a gerny and was rushed into the emergency room.
