*Chapter 17* *Cassie's POV*

My body crinched as i listened to the doctor. "Im sorry" he said. "Its possible it can be cured but not always" he told us. Tears came to my eyes. Addison's Disease. Niall has Addison's Disease. "What the hell is that?" I accidently said aloud. They all turned and looked at me. "Sorry. I mean what is that?" I asked again. "Well. Its when your muscles are weak and you have exsessive tiredness. You also lose your appetite but are thirsty alot. You can get moody and in some cases it causes depression." he told us. I squeezed Niall's hand. No this cant be happening. He cant be sick. Not this sick. No. no. I starting shaking and I looked at Niall. "Its okay babe. I will be okay" he told me but I couldnt help but think he was wrong.

*2 Long Weeks Later*

"Here Niall" i said handing him a cup of tea and a bowl of soup. "Thanks love" he said taking a sip of the tea. I sat next to him and watched as he wrapped himself in the blanket. "How are you feeling?" I asked him and he smiled. "Actually. I am feeling better now that youre here" he told me. I looked at him confused. "But, ive been with you the whole time Ni." I said and he shook his head. "No babe. I need you with me. Not just in the same place but i need to feel you here. I need you with me like this" he pulled me closer to him and wrapped his arms around me. "Just like this" he repeated. "You better not get me sick!" I joked and he laughed. We sat there for awhile and watched tv until both of us fell asleep.

*Niall's POV*

I woke up to an empty house. "Babe!!" I called but no answer. Then i noticed a note on the table.

To Nialler,

I went out for some coffee and shopping with Lou. Theres some soup in the fridge for you. I shouldn't be home too late. Love you. Xoxoxoxox

Suddenly my heart felt broken. I know she is only out with Lou but for some reason she feels so far from me. I feel so weak here alone. I grabbed my phone and texted Liam.

Hey mate. Im feeling better but Cassie is with Lou so ya wanna come over?

In a few minutes i got an answer from him saying he will be here soon. I quickly jumped in the shower and got dressed before Liam knocked on the door.

"Hey mate! Feeling better?" He asked me as he walked in. "Yeah. But kinda lonely to be honest" i told him. He looked at me with concern and asked "why?"

"Well...ever since i got sick, Maddie was constantly by my side. So now that shes not here i dont feel right. I feel weak without her being here. Im stronger when she is close to me. I need her close to me Liam. Im weak without her. i dont understand it. before i just loved her but after being sick its like i need her with me in order to feel complete. I dont really know how to explain it." he nodded his head showing he understood. "she's your princess Niall. I see the way you look at her and the way she looks at you. its like youre looking at your other half right?" he asked and I smiled. "yeah! she's my other half. I wanna spend the rest of my life with her Liam." I told him as a tear came to my eye. He placed his hand on my shoulder. "You should tell this to Cassie. Maybe if she knows how you feel then maybe you wouldnt feel so alone without her." Liam said. I nodded. He's right. i need to tell her.

*Cassie's POV* *The Next Day*

"Niall? Niall!" I called out when i noticed there was an empty appt next to me. "Niall where are you?" I called again but yet no answer. Where could that Irish boy be?

I walked into the kitchen and found a note on the table.

By the time you read this letter there should be a limo outside. Get dressed and when you get in the limo be ready for a surprise ;)
