Kristy's POV
I stayed for a while eating lunch and watching Eros at his best run the restaurant. Shuffling back from the kitchen cooking up meals to ditching his apron to walk around out front greeting and talking with the customers.
I planned to go back to the hotel to change into something nice since I was still wearing day-old clothes. Eros insisted on driving me home and picking me up on the way back from getting his father from the hospital. I had to beg and plead with him that I'd be fine taking a cab back to the hotel and to the address of his father's house. I didn't want Eros to stress worrying over me and his father.I got out of the cab and took my time walking through Mykonos Town. Every other time I've walked through these streets we were always in a hurry with a place to be. This time I strolled leisurely through the cobble paved roads and stopped in front of shops and decided to buy some gifts for my parents and my Aunt Sarah, who was supposed to be here and not me. I stopped at a shop looking at the beautiful Grecian dresses and saw one that reminded me of all I've seen on my trip so far.
The dress had a watercolor-like-painted effect throughout that mimicked the colors of the vibrant blues, the white stucco, and the beautiful pink wildflowers growing all over the island. I decided to buy it and wear it to dinner tonight. A dress to impress like no other.
I got back to my hotel and spent my time getting ready. I texted Emily asking how the trip was going and she started sending me multiple pictures of beautiful Athens and of course selfies of herself mixed in there too. She asked how things were going with me and Eros and when I told her I was about to meet his father, I could picture her screaming with excitement all the way from Athens.
