Wednesday, November 8th, 1983
THAT MORNING, BEA WALKED downstairs in her over-sized purple shirt to see Dustin shoving snacks into his bag, almost like he was smuggling them out of the house.
"Hold up greedy guts, whats that for?" She asked and he turned to her.
"Oh, food for our expedition after school, I'm gonna leave it at Mikes," Dustin explained and Bea laughed, walking over and ruffling his hair.
"Ok, but remember to share some with El" she suggested as she reached for some toast.
Later that day at school Bea sat in History class, bored out of her mind, when she looked to the left of her and saw that Barb was not in her usual seat.
"Hey Bea," Nancy called from across the row and she turned to the side to look at her, "Have you seen Barb at all?"
Be thought for a second and realised that even though she was normally on the morning bus to school she wasn't. And then she realised that nobody had seen Barb all day.
"No, shouldn't you know, both of you went to that lame party with Steve last night," Bea said and Nancy went bright red when she realised that Bea knew what had happened.
She had heard about the story but she also knew that Steve was just hooking up with girls constantly. That's one of the reasons why they fell out.
"Yeah, sorry, but I know Steve and thats his normal routine," she explained and Nancy sighed when she heard the truth, she wondered if it was serious or just sex to him.
"I think somethings happened to Barb though, she had an issue last night," Nancy explained, a scared tone in her voice as she ignored the other girls comments.
Bea furrowed her brow, about to ask what was so bad at that party that she was concerned Barb was missing but before she could, their teacher walked in, the two girls unable to discuss anymore..

JONATHAN AND BEA WALKED OUT OF school and he looked tense as he walked past Carol, Steve and the gang. Bea noticed the way he tried to walk away from them, this was unusual of him to do so.
Before she could ask Jonathan what was going on with him today and why he had been so jumpy, Steve got up off of the roof of his car and started to walk over to the duo.
"Whats going on?" Jonathan asked and Steve explained he knew all about Jonathans pictures. When he tried to get past, Tommy grabbed Jonathans rucksack, ripping it off his shoulder.
Bea stood there in shock as she wondered what Steve meant by the photos that he had. Why would her best friend take photos like that?
"Man, he is totally trembling. Must have something to hide," Steve said as he opened the bag.
