Chapter 7: One and Two plus Song Writing
"I sing and write my own tune and I write my own verse, hell, don't need word-smith to make my tune sell?"-You Need Me, I Don't Need You Ed Sheeran
"London!" I exclaimed, spreading my arms wide in the air."Welcome thee!" I said, dropping my arms to my side and curtsying. My PINK sweatpants, converse, and a half zip jacket ruined the image though. Hey, when your on a eleven and a half hour long flight you want to be comfy!
"You're so weird." Electra, said as she looked around the airport for the car that was suppose to pick us up.
"Hey, you know what I just realized?" she shook her head, eyes scanning the airport. "That you don't have a nickname. I mean I have one, and Max has one, but you don't have one." I said, putting my index finger to my chin, thinking. Electra stopped her looking and looked at me with an annoyed look, but I ignored her. "Oh! Lectra! Yeah, that's what I'm calling you from now on." I then pointed to behind her and she turned around and saw a sign that said Katherine James on it in big letters. She let out a sigh and grabbed my arm, dragging me over to them.
"You are officially the most annoyingest person to deal with for over eleven hours but for some reason I love you." she said as we wove through the people. We soon reached the guy, and I finally got a closer look at him. He was tall, about 5'11", and had messy blonde hair. He was dressed in a suit, but he clearly looked uncomfortable. He looked pretty young, and pretty hot. We stopped, and he looked at us. I was his height, so no awkward looking-down-at-you thing. But for poor old Lectra, she was only like 5'4", so he had to look down on her.
"Can I help you?" he asked in his British accent. I smirked and looked at Electra, as we shared a look.
"I'm Katherine James." I said, motioning to the sign he was holding. He looked like he didn't believe me. "I have proof, since Simon said you British foke's are so not trusting. I was hoping I wouldn't have to use this." I said, turning to the zebra print duffel bag that hung on my shoulder. Lectra looked curious as well, seeing as she didn't know about this. I dug in my duffel for minute, before producing a letter. I handed it the no-named guy and waited for him to read. His eyes scanned the piece of paper for a moment, before he looked back up at me with a frown set on his face.
"Alright, let's get going. I'm Alexander and I'll be your driver, Miss Katherine." he said. This was obviously torture for him.
"Show us the way Alexander." I said, as Lectra looped her arm through mine. He nodded, and began to walk away. But since me and Lectra aren't normal people, we can't walk. So instead we skipped after him, arm and arm. He glanced behind him at us and rolled his eyes. I looked to Lectra. "I thought these driver's we're suppose to be nice." I said, as Lectra nodded. I heard Alexander scoff. I smirked, this was going to be fun. We followed behind as excited the the building, and came to stop in front of a limousine. I gasped and turned to Lectra.
"Oh, Simon, how you spoil me so." I said, dragging out the 'so'. Lectra smirked, as the Alexander rolled his eyes. I turned back to Alexander expectantly. "Aren't you going to open the door?"
"Um.. No?" he said, but it came out as more of a question. "You have two hands, do it yourself." he said.
"But my hands are tied." I said, holding my wrists together like they we're tied. He sighed, annoyed. He grabbed the door handle and yanked it open. I smiled, innocently, and hopped in, followed closely by Lectra. The door was slammed shut behind us. I smirked as I looked over a Lectra.
"We're good." I said, as I heard the front door slam. I took the time to look around the limo, it had black leather seats that stretched out. I looked over at Lectra, with that smirk still on my face. I pushed a strand of hair that fallen out of my bun behind my ear. "Time to explore." I slid over to the to row of leather seats, and began my investigation. I checked for any compartments, and scored when I found a hidden one. I opened it up to find a cooler full of those old fashion coke bottles. I grabbed one and handed it to Lectra, grabbing on for myself as well. I found a bottle opener and used it too and opened it then handed the bottle opener to Lectra. I then continued my investigation. I found another compartment with a MacBook Air stashed inside. I grabbed the laptop, and opened it up. I found a video opened on the it. Me, being the snoopy person that I am, decided to watch it and see what it was.
