I want somebody to hold me
and somebody to hold
I want somebody to love me
and give me their sweatshirt when I'm cold
I want somebody to hug me
every single day
and tell me I'm pretty
I know I probably sound silly
I just get tired of wanting sometimes
because I've been wanting my whole life
nobody even looks in my direction
and sees somebody that deserves their affection
I want to find hope somehow
I just really need somebody to love me right now
