If I could just sleep forever
I would have no responsibility whatsoever
If I could take a nap that would never end
My smile wouldn't have to pretend
If I were dead
Maybe these dark thoughts wouldn't fill my head
But maybe if I were dead
I would have no more thoughts to be read
