It was a cool, sunny day. Johnny and Pony were smoking, Dally, Soda, Steve, and Darry are playing football and Two-Bit decided to stay inside to watch Mickey Mouse. I didn't know what to do, I never know what to do. I've always been the outcast of the gang. I decided to just go with it and ask Darry, my older brother, if I could watch them play football. Not a good idea though, because I was watching a bit too close and the football hit my nose. It was only embarrassing because I was in front of the gang. I wouldn't mind getting hit if it was only my brothers, Darry, Soda, and Pony who were watching.
Darry had run over, trying to be a good brother. Steve was literally laughing. No wonder he seemed the most annoying. And Dally, well he wasn't even paying attention.
Darry: "You alright kiddo?" He brushed my hair behind my ears.
Soda: "Good going Steve! You almost knocked the life outta' my kid sister!" Soda is never mad, but in this instance, I could feel he had a urge to knock out Steve. I wouldn't mind though, someone should teach Steve.
Darry: "Cmon, let's go." Darry said. He stuck out his hand and so did Soda to help me get up.
Y/n: "I only hit my nose, It's not the end of the world."
Darry: "Yeah whatever. Pony, get the med kit."

Pony had brought me a med, and Johnny had gotten me a ice pack for my nose. I felt butterflies as Johnny handed it to me. Johnny was always attractive to me. I could tell Johnny didn't want any part of this "crush". Pony had only got me a med because he was told to, Johnny got me a ice pack without getting told to. Johnny was a sweet guy.
For some reason, Darry started scolding me about why I got hit. I wasn't paying much attention. I was just staring at Johnny. But again for my luck, Johnny noticed and looked at me. I thought he was uncomfortable, so I stopped.

A few days went by, my nose was okay, Darry wouldn't stop scolding at me, and I was still the outcast of the greasers.
I arrived at school. My only companion was a soc in my classes. I wouldn't call them a friend, because greasers or socs could be friends, or so I thought.
Lee: "Hey y/n." I was surprised that he tried talking with me, but after all, he's the only person I talk to in my classes.
Y/n: "Hey"
We made small talk, and he guided the conversation, which made me relieved because I could not start a conversation.
Lee: "I was thinking, would you like to go on a date with me? Today, I can pick you up at 6?"
I instantly froze. I couldn't give up this opportunity.
Y/n: "Yeah sure."
He awkwardly nodded and left to his last class. I headed to lunch. To be honest, I'm never excited about anything but I felt real hyper.
I sat down next to Johnny and Pony. We had small talk in between bites of our food.
Y/n: "I don't think you'll care but I'm going on a date tonight." I was aiming it towards Pony because Johnny could never like me like the way I like him.
Pony boy spit out his food.
Pony and Johnny in unison: "What?"
Johnny doesn't always talk to me, but after school he told me not to go on the date with the soc.
Johnny: "B-because I've heard bad things about him. P-please don't go." Johnny begged. Gosh, even his stutter was adorable, but this was my first date. I couldn't pass it up.
Y/n: "Sorry Johnny cake" I hesitated. I could see his eyes water.
