Aaron Swan had a soft smile on her lips as she watched in the shadows. Bella looked beautiful in her wedding gown and she hated to admit it, but Edward looked very dashing in his suit.
The two of them looked very much in love and all the guest happy. Although, Jasper looked a little sad and she had a feeling why.
No one knew she was there. She kept herself shielded because while she got a wedding invitation - she wasn't ready to face everyone. A huge part of her was still hurt and still trying to come to terms with everything.
"You may now kiss the bride."
The cheering was so loud that she couldn't help but scream as well. No one blinked an eye and no vampire turned their head as Bella and Edward forgot they had guests. A small tear slipped down her face before she quickly wiped it away as they turned to look at everyone.
Thats when Aaron left.
It was only a short month later when she fell to the floor not able to walk. Her grandmother rushed towards her, not being able to help as her back was broke. The two of them knew something had happened to Bella as Aaron had been extremely weak.
In fact, she planned to go down there this weekend. But that went out the window when she started to convulse.
Pain ripped through her stomach as it felt like someone was biting her open. She begged and begged her grandmother to make it stop, but all the woman could do was watch her granddaughter suffer.
And then, her heart gave out, leaving the woman to mourn.
Though Dolores held on, hoping that Bella had been injected with venom. And her hope was right.
Aaron woke, but with sadness. The girl knew what happened and knew that whenever she would look in the mirror, the same face would forever be staring at her.
Even so, she knew she had to go back to Forks and just when she was about to leave - a sleek black Mercedes pulled into the drive.
"Charlie said you'd be here. We need your help, Aaron."
A wicked grin curled to her lips because those were the words she wanted to hear from Carlisle's mouth. And so, with one last goodbye to her grandmother she hoped into the car only to fine out her sister was an absolute idiot without her.
