Nobody slept last night.

They couldn't. They were too afraid to let their guard down again.

Colette couldn't help but feel guilty. If she hadn't froze... then maybe they could have gotten to the group in time.
Anybody who laid eyes on her would believe she was sleep walking. Her face held no expression as she plunged her hatchet through each walker's head to ensure they were dead, once and for all.

Colette couldn't help but let her gaze fall onto Andrea who hasn't moved away from Amy. After much hesitation she pursed her lips before walking over.

"May I?"

Andrea's head snapped up to look at the woman in shock. Colette and her never had shared a long conversation so Andrea was taken aback when the woman had crouched beside her.

Andrea nodded slowly as her gaze fell back onto her little sister. Cole sat quietly next to her as she sent a silent prayer. She watched as Andrea caressed Amy. Cole payed her respects as she suddenly spoke up.

"Happy Birthday, Amy."

Andrea turned to her in surprise.

"She mentioned her birthday was coming soon. I counted down the days and well I guess it's today."

Andrea didn't say anything as a tear fell down her cheek which Cole wiped off with her thumb. Cole then placed her hand on Andrea's shoulder and squeezed it before leaving her and her sister alone. But it didn't stop Cole from thinking about how Amy will come back from the dead in a few hours or even less than one.
Cole walked over to the small group which had gathered in what seemed an argument. As Cole approached she heard Daryl snap at Rick. "Y'all can't be serious. Lettin that girl hamstring us? The dead girl's a time bomb."

Rick scoffed towards him. "What do you suggest?"

Daryl took a step closer. "Take the shot. Clean, in the brain from here. Hell I can hit a turkey between the eyes from this distance."

Cole couldn't help but feel amused at his cockiness but also roll her eye because of it.

Lori suddenly spoke up. "No. For god's sakes, let her be."

Colette scoffed loudly before sending a harsh glare at Lori. "Yeah let her be when her own sister comes back from the dead to feast on her face."

At the end of her sentence, she walked away to finish with the rest of the bodies. Colette swung her hatch down on another body and pulled it out to let Morales take it away. She suddenly grimaced when she noticed it was a fallen group member.
