LEONTOPODIUM / EDELWEISS
courage, devotion, nobility, loyalty, purity

When night falls over Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Andromache Granger finds herself sneaking out of the Hufflepuff Basement while Adelaide disappears back to their dormitory to go to the bathroom.

(Addy–please take this with you to Gryffindor Tower)
I'm sorry, but I won't be joining you four tonight.
I can't tell you anything, but I promise I'll be safe and I'll see you all soon.
Look after each other, alright?
Love you guys!
—Andy

Without her roller skates, Andromache is able to dart through the hallways silently, going unseen by everyone—bar Peeves, but the poltergeist simply waves and whispers 'Cause chaos, Little Andy' as she passes—until she reaches the forbidden corridor, where Quirrell stands waiting for her.

"Are you ready to make history?" the DADA Professor asks, "To help Lord Voldemort regain his power?"

"I sincerely doubt it would matter to you if I said I wasn't ready," Andromache remarks as they reach the door, "Why do you have a harp levitating behind you?"

Quirrell feels the muscles at the back of his head twitch at both the girl's remark and her blunt question, but he ignores it as he responds, "You may have formed a bond with Fluffy during your visits here, but he won't like my company. You'll go in like you usually do—the only difference being you leaving the door open so I can levitate the harp into the room."

"And then you'll enchant it, and when Fluffy falls asleep, you'll come in," Andromache says in realisation, nodding slowly as she nears the door, "Well, alright. But you have to be silent while I'm in there, or Fluffy could freak out, and he doesn't need any stress."

[By this point, Adelaide has just reached Gryffindor Tower—having snuck through the dark hallways by her lonesome, worry etched onto her face—and presents Andromache's note to the three Gryffindors.

Ron and Harry simply stand in stunned silence while Hermione reads the note again, and again, and again, trying desperately to make sense of it.]

All six of Fluffy's eyes drift shut at the entrancing music resounding through the room from the enchanted harp in the corner, one of his three chins still being scratched lovingly by Andromache as Quirrell steps into the room.

"You didn't give me enough time to move him back properly, so we'll have to move the paw resting on the trapdoor," Andromache states as the Professor nears her.
