As I slowly woke up, I felt next to me to find no Tara, but then I heard laughing downstairs. I grabbed some jogging bottoms and went downstairs.
"Morning Tt and Kk" I slurred in my musky morning voice.
"Hey, 'Jj' did you check your snapchat in the end?" Katrina asked.
"No....why?"
"Just do it" she commanded.
I sprinted upstairs and back down again. I sat on the couch next to Tara and unlocked my phone. I opened up the snapchat app and went to 'my snaps' I had one from Kat. I gave her a glance, then, opened it. it was a picture of me and Tara cuddling in our sleep. I couldn't help but smile.
"What was it?" Tara asked, flicking eye contact between me and Kat. I replayed the snap and showed her. She looked down and blushed.
"Aw our latest love affair" cooed Kat.
"We're just friends" Tara replied, whilst her cheeks went a pinky-red colour.
"Just friends" I repeated.
Just friends.
