Chapter 19

* Anastasia *

" What do you mean you don't want to come back ? " I asked surprised .

Nikolina shook her head sadly . 
" I'm sorry mamma , but .... I can't leave Phillip . " she said .

I knew I could only try and bring one person back . I couldn't bring Phillip too .
" Nikki, you're getting a second shot . Take it. " Phillip said , quietly .

She shook her head .
" No . I'm not leaving you . This is the happiest I've been in a long time . " she said looking at me pleadingly .

This was it . The last trick up my sleeve . She was not coming back .

* Klaus *

" You're going to help us ?! " I asked in shock .

" Yes . For a price . " she responded .

" Name it ! " Kol called up . 

" I want an aplology from you  , Niklaus Mikaelson . " she said triumphantly .

My jaw dropped .

* Elijah *

" It's not supposed to be taking this long ! " Bonnie said , panicing . 
" If she dies , so do you . "I snarled .

" Elijah .... " Tatiana protested . 
" No ! No more Tatiana ! Do you know how hard I've fought just to keep that woman alive ?! I love her ! " I yelled .

* Anastasia *

I looked down and teared up . 
" Mamma, please don't cry . " she whispered , running forward and hugging me .
" I'm happy for you . " I said nodding through the pain .

She pulled back and mangaged a smile .
" Thank you , Mamma . " she said .

I nodded and then turned to see Rina was with Jesse . Everyone was .... happy . Everyone . It's a shame it took me so long to figure that out.

" Anastasia Marie Petrova ! What are you doing here ?! You're not supposed to be here ! It's not your time ! " said a stern and fimilar voice .

I gasped and spun around to see ..... my mother .

* Klaus *

" Just say sorry ! " Kol yelled at me .
" No ! " I screamed back .

The old hag shook her head.
" Freaks . " she said , beginning to walk off .
" W-Wait ! Please ! I-I-I-I'm .... " I trailed off , trying to make my lips form the right shape to say the words .

She walked back and crossed her arms .
" I'm sorry ." I said quietly .
" I didn't hear you . I lost my hearing aid . " she replied .

" Oh bloody hell ! " I snarled .

* Rebekah *

It was quiet in the house as Damon and I sat on the couch, watching the Eclipse . I'd just told him the whole story and so now we just sat there in silence .
" Rebekah .... now is one of those times when I'm going to dig deep and tell you how much you mean to me . " Damon said finally , looking over at me .

I managed a small smile and snuggled into his arms .

* Anastasia * 

" Mother . " I whispered with a dry throat .

She crossed her arms as I ran over and hugged her tightly . 
" Mother ! " I said , hugging her .

She sighed and unstiffened a little , hugging me back .
" Well I can't say that I wouldn't have come after you if time took you to soon , but this is black magic ,my Anya . Black magic . Anything could happen . " she said .

I nodded , just holding her .
" Mother , I missed you so much ." I whispered .

She laughed .
" Why would you miss me ? I never left . I know everything that's happened in your life .  Your wedding was lovely by the way . Your dress looked stunning and so did you groom . I'd always hoped you'd choose the nice one . " she said .

* Bonnie *

I walked over and looked down at Anna . It was taking to long . I was losing her . We were losing her . She wasn't back yet ! Elijah was going to kill me !

* Klaus * 

" I'm sorry ! " I yelled .

The old hag cackled and grabbed my hand , pulling me up from the cliff , with Kol hanging onto my foot .When we were on solid ground , Kol kissed a rock . I rolled my eyes .

" Freak . " the old hag and I muttered at the same time , looking at my brother .

We both looked at eachother astonished . 
" Truce ? " I asked , extending my hand to her for a handshake . 

She nodded . 
" Truce . " she said, shaking my hand .

* Anastasia *

I just wanted to be with my mother and my family .
" You have to go back now, Anastasia . It's been to long . " my mother said .

I shook my head .

" B-B-But .... " I said , trailing off .

My mother shook her head .
" I've never seen a man love a woman as much as Elijah loves you . When you got married , you said until " dead do us part " and I'm sure as hell going to make sure he gets his contract's worth . Go on , Anna . It's not your time my darling ! Go back ! Live your life ! Live your life for thost of us that can't ! " she said , hugging me one last time .

I looked around at all of the faces and they nodded .

" Go ! Run ! Hurry ! " my mother called as they started to fade .

I didn't know what to do know so I ran  , holding onto reality with my mind . Just as I was about to wake up , I felt something keeping me there . Esther . I gasped . 

" You should've died with the others ! " she yelled , holding onto me . 
" And you should've stayed dead ! " I screamed , punching her as I ran out of her gasp and saw another big white light .

 * Elijah *

" Stay with me . " I whispered , stroking Anastasia's cold cheek . 

There was no movement that I saw and so I put my head down on her chest .
" Don't do this . Why did you do this ? Don't leave me . " I said , shaking my head .

I looked up just in time to see a flutter of her eyelids .

" Anastasia ! " I exclaimed .

* Anastasia *

I saw Elijah and smiled , knowing that I was home .Home wasn't where you thought you belonged . It was with the person you loved most in the world and so right now ... in Elijah's arms .... I was home .
