Chapter 10: Secret Admirer

Everyone now had a piece of paper in their hands, reading their compliments carefully.

Some were disappointed about how there weren't many people who wrote something and some were because they were just mediocre compliments, like Yasuhiro, Byakuya, Hifumi and Teruteru.

Byakuya didn't show any sign of his disappointment, while the others had sadness written across their faces.

Teruteru: "Everyone just says that my cooking is great!" "Hmm. Not that bad, now that I think of it."

Yasuhiro: "I can see a crossed out "You're alright, I guess". Does that count?"

Hifumi: "I don't need friends, they always disappoint me.", he sighed.

Looking over to others, a lot of them had flustered faces.

Alex: "U-Um…", she shook her head to make her blushy face go away, "Has everybody read their compliments?!"

Byakuya: "Yes, we have. And I do have to say that this is completely pointless and senseless."

Alex: "Aww. Did nobody write anything on your back?"

Byakuya: "No, someone did. And I immediately recognized her smell."

Toko twitched and looked down as she blushed.

Alex: "Come on, Byakuya. Don't be rude to Toko."

Toko: "I can talk for myself, Alex." "You don't have to protect me from Master.", she mumbled to herself.

Alex: "I guess we can cross Byakuya, Hifumi, Yasuhiro and Teruteru off the list.", she scribbled on a separate piece of paper, "Anyone wanna go first?"

Aoi: "Yes. Me!"

(Y/N): "Tell us which compliment intrigued you."

Aoi: "Well it's not really a compliment, but I took it as one. Someone wrote "Donut girl" with a drawing of a Donut with angel wings and a halo next to it."

Alex: "Aww. Come on out, Secret Admirer!"

Akane: "That was me! I saw you eating that box of donuts and immediately felt a connection.", she walked up to Aoi.

Aoi: "You totally get me!", they both hugged each other.

Alex: "Isn't that cute, guys?"

Mostly the girls seemed to agree.

Fuyuhiko: "I'd like to get it over with." "Apart from "Baby Gangster", I got one sincere compliment. It says: "Never change a thing about you."

Junko: "Come on out, Secret Admirer!

Peko: "That was me."

Fuyuhiko looked at her with wide eyes and hastily looked around the room.

Fuyuhiko: "Uh. Thank you."

Peko: "You're welcome."

Gundham: "What about me? I have never been invited to a kingdom called Novoselic. What is this mysterious land?"

(Y/N): "Come on out, Secret Admirer!"

Sonia: "That would be me."

Gundham: "I see. Would you mind telling me about your heritage?"

Sonia: "With pleasure!", she said with determination.

Gundham: "Hahahaha! I adore your enthusiasm!"

Nekomaru: ""You seem like the kind of guy who can break a sweat." I want to know who challenges me!"

Half of the group: "Come on out, Secret Admirer!"
