....

"Eonjin-ah!" Taehyung called out, running from the backyard and into the house. He found his sister looking up from the grains of wheat that she was boiling. Their stove had been long since converted into an open-top fireplace.

"What's wrong!?" she exclaimed, worry written over her face.

"It's Dynamite," Taehyung wheezed, his hands on his knees as he gasped from running so fast. "He won't stop wheezing and refuses to eat. I could feel him trembling as I brushed out his mane, and you don't want to know what I'm going to have to clean up out of his stall later!"

"Oh no," Eonjin gasped. She knew how much Taehyung loved that horse. Hell, the whole town knew how much he loved that horse! "Is there anything I can do?"

Taehyung shook his head. "I'm going to walk him to the stables where I got him. Lee Duri has been raising horses for years, I think he's going to be the closest thing to a vet that I can find. He may have an idea as to what's going on."

Eonjin glanced out the window with concern. "But Taehyung-ah, it's getting dark. You shouldn't go alone. Why don't you take Yoongi-oppa with you?"

"He's not here right now, and I don't want Dynamite's condition to worsen! I'll bring my gun. I'll be fine, don't worry."

"Jungkook-oppa is home, is he not?"

"Yes, but I don't want to bother him." Taehyung thought of his phobia and laughed despite the situation. "Trust me. I'll be fine, I promise."

He gave his worried sister a quick hug and grabbed his gun before heading back out to the barn. In all honesty, he wasn't worried. Knowing who the killer targeted gave him an odd sense of peace. He knew for a fact that he had never been put in a situation where he could have gotten a girl pregnant, and the murderer had probably moved towns by now due to the lack of victims that fit his desired type.

"Don't worry, Dynamite." Taehyung murmured, patting his horse on the neck and pulling gently on the reigns. "We'll get you feeling better."

....

"Jiminie," Seokjin began with a sigh. "You're bluffing. Literally, everyone can tell."

"Am not!" Jimin shouted, hugging his playing cards to his chest. A soft giggle bubbled up through his throat.

Yoongi rested a hand on his knee. "Every time you bluff, you giggle. I'm sorry, Jimin-ah, but..." He shoved his pile of dried corn into the center of the table. "I'm going all in."

"Damnnit!" Namjoon tossed his cards into the middle. "I'm folding."

"Me too," Seokjin agreed.

"I don't know, guys. I'm feeling lucky today!" Hoseok shoved his entire pile in after Yoongi.
