Could I ever love me-time,
More than before?
Staying close to the walls,
And listening to the beat of many hearts.
A perfect rhythm,
That life has given us.
A treasure to love,
A song to endure,
As the blood rushes,
Just like a strong river.Me-time has never felt so great,
Telling my mind to relax
And take in the gray silence,
Instead of worrying of what's behind,
Lurking in the distance,
Waiting for time to let them in.I love me-time.
Listening to the minutes tick,
Without jumping at any eyes,
Watching you sit and relax.
Without thinking about death,
Or a sudden jab of pain.
Just sitting and waiting,
As the light climbs your legs
And covers your face,
Gifting you warmth,
To sizzle your troubles away.I love it
And will never grow sick of it,
Unless the stares come back,
Ready to stalk,
And ready to attack.
Ready to sink
Blows into my temple,
Where I lose all relaxations
All of peace
And all of love.
