I was sitting on the couch, trying to solve a math equation that I've been struggling with for the past hour.

"This doesn't make any sense!" I shouted in frustration, slumping in my seat. I looked over towards the clock and frowned.

It was already 7:30 p.m, why hasn't she come back?

And then I heard keys outside the door. The doorknob twisted and Jisoo stepped in, glancing towards me with a smile.

"Miss me?" She smirked and I narrowed my eyes.

"Who'd miss you?" I snorted, my arms crossed over my chest. Sure, I've been anticipating your arrival, glancing towards the clock every ten minutes and anxiously waiting for you to come back, but I didn't miss you.

She walked over towards me and gently lifted my chin, brushing a finger over one of my scratches. My eyes widened as her face was only inches away from mine.

Too close, too close, too close!

I quickly pulled away, my heart pounding against my chest. What was she trying to do? Give me a heart attack?!

"Does it still hurt?" She asked, unfazed.

"I'm healing," I grumbled hoarsely. She just grunted, walking off to her room. As soon as she disappeared around the corner, I looked down at my chest and scowled.

No, stop that! Stop beating so quickly!

While I mentally scolded myself, Jisoo came back wearing a new pair of clothes. she sat down beside me and took a look at the equation that I was trying to solve.

"Did I get it wrong?" I asked hesitantly.

"What do you mean?" she mumbled absently, still focused on the paper.

"You look like you want to rip your head off. I'm asking you if I really did do that bad?"

"Sorry, that's just how my face works," she chuckled, finally handing me back my paper. "You got it right."

"Really?!" I gasped.

"No, you idiot, you forgot the brackets in your last equation."

Before I could flip the table, she took my pen and started to explain the equation. I could tell that she was breaking down her sentences into simple words and spoke slowly so that I wouldn't have a hard time keeping up. But it was hard to concentrate on what she was saying when I kept getting distracted by her mesmerising face. How could someone so annoying look so divine?

"Hey, are you listening?" she asked, tapping my forehead with my pen. I quickly snapped out of it and cleared my voice.

"Y-Y-Yeah, I hear you," I quickly stuttered. She raised a brow, letting out a small sigh.

"Alright then, try again," she said, handing me back my notebook. I picked up my pen and slowly started to do the equation. I could feel her intense gaze stare at me while I tried to concentrate, but I probably was doing the same to her when she was trying to explain the equation, so I didn't say anything. Once I was finished, I handed the notebook back to her and anxiously waited as she checked my answer.

She suddenly slumped sideways, laying down and closing her eyes.

"Wait, did I get it wrong again?! But I added the brackets this time," I frowned.

"Make me food," she mumbled in a gruff voice, making my brows slowly draw together.

Did this girl just ask me to make her... Food?
