Hey my name is y/n and I am 18 years old. I am the oldest of five, and there is 3 years in between us all.
So it is me(18), Mikkel(15), Cora (12), Jamie(9), and Henry(6).
Even though there is a big age difference between me and Henry, we all have each others back's. And we do almost every thing together. We even have hold holidays together, and since I am the oldest I have to act like a mother to the rest. Our parents got killed by a robber 3 years ago.
Henry: "y/n I am hungry, can you make me a sandwich"
Y/n: "Sure thing, just you wait I will make you the best sandwich ever"
Mikkel: "Hey y/n, I am going to a party tonight, do you mind getting me at midnight?"
y/n: "Do you remember what day it is?"
Mikkel: "Oh, come on, it wont hurt if I don't come with you to their grave"
I just looked at him and was getting mad, but Henry pulled my shirt and got me back to the real world. I had forgotten that he was standing there, and I was just about to hit Mikkel. Something had happened to me after our parents died. We all had to go into therapy, and the psychologist we had, wanted to "help" me out. But the only person she wanted to help, was herself.
The psychologist had some medicin that was supposed to help someone with grief. But the only thing it did, was change me, and I didn't know what was going on. The day after I had gotten the "medicin" I came back to talk to the psychologist, but the receptionist said they didn't have anything by that name. I then had to leave, and give up on looking for her. I had to think about my siblings, and I had to give a life where they didn't have to worry.
Cora: "Hey Y/n, when are we going to go see mother and father?"
Y/n: "At 23:30"
Cora: "If I promise to be there 23:00, can I then go to a party?"
Y/n: "Okay two things. One Mikkel you could learn something from Caro, and two Cora if you promise to be there 23:00 then you can.
Cora: "Thanks y/n, you are the best sister ever, and don't worry I am not going to be drinking"
Y/n: "I am not worried about that, at least not when I am talking with you"
I had to show her that I trusted her, and that I was not against her. But I could also see on Mikkel, that he was angry at me for saying it. So I also knew I had to go on a compromise with him.
Y/n: "Promise you will be ready at 23:00, and then I will give you permission to go"
Mikkel: "I don't even want to argue with you, so fine I will be ready at 23:00"
I was happy that he wanted to agree to the compromise. So I have to give him some more time, the next time he is going to a party.
-- Knock Knock --
I heard someone knocking on the door and opened it, and there I saw the lady that had given me the medicin. She was holding a lantern in the hand. I wanted to ask her about the "medicin", but she had walked past me and into the living room. I was just about to object, to her being there, but then my siblings came down beside her, and fainted on the floor. I was just looking at her, and the lantern started light up. I felt a little dizzy, and I could feel my body fall to the ground.
I opened my eyes and I stood up, and was about to ask her what she what she had done. But I stopped because I saw myself laying on the ground and got confused. I looked at my hand and I could see right through it, I tried to talk, but there didn't come a single sound out.
Psychologist: "Well it doesn't look like you where the one either, and don't worry your siblings are safe, you should worry about yourself."
I could then see that Jamie was waking up, and the "psychologist" noticed where I was looking. So she turned around and looked at Jamie. I tried to stop her by grabbing her arm, but my hand went straight through her arm.
Psychologist: "One, you can forget that, you are in the spiritual realm, and two I knew the key was here"
I could see that Jamie was scared, and that I had to do something. I then remembered something that my parents taught me when I was 10. I walked over to my body, and just fell down onto it, there went 10 seconds and I woke up in my own it. The "psychologist" didn't notice that I had gotten my body back, so I took the opportunity, grabbed the fireplace poker and hit her in the head. I then destroyed the lantern, and my siblings woke up. I made sure everyone was okay, grabbed Henry and got them all out of the house.
