After my shower, I finish up the rest of my homework that's due this week. Willow was still sleeping and I couldn't stop thinking about Harry. Working on Biology was the only thing I could think of to keep my mind occupied. Also I needed to do it anyway because we're going to that concert tonight after practice.
Ugh practice...something else I don't want to think about. I really have no idea what I'm gonna say to him tonight. I'm assuming he'll try to talk to me because he came to the apartment last night.
I still can't believe he actually did that. If he was hooking up with Amelia too, why would he make the effort to come all the way to my place? Maybe he just wanted to make sure I didn't freak out and tell someone. But he did tell Willow he didn't kiss Amelia so why would he risk lying when I literally saw them? Again, probably so I wouldn't tell someone and get him in trouble. His eyes did look desperately honest though. Oh my god I need to stop. I am so overthinking this.
I leave my room and find the couch empty. I look to the kitchen and see Willow with her head in the fridge.
"Thank god I thought you were dead." I joke as I join her in the kitchen.
She moves from the fridge with a piece of toast in her mouth. Shutting the door, she pulls the bread out of her mouth and sighs. "I feel like I'm dead. I ate way too much food last night."
"God me too." I smile pointing to her hand holding the toast. "Not too dead to eat more though."
She shrugs and takes a bite. "A girls gotta eat."
I laugh as I open the fridge to get orange juice. I feel Willow's eyes on me as I pour some in a glass. "Just ask me already."
"How are you feeling about what happened last night?" She asks while chewing toast. There it is, I knew she wanted to ask me about it.
"I don't know, the same I guess. I know I should hear him out but if I do and he didn't do anything, it's not like I can start anything with him anyway."
"Yeah..." Willow drags out the word like she has something to say.
"What?"
"Nothing you're right it's just I think you guys would be great together." She confesses.
"Wow thanks Willow that really helps me."
"I'm sorry I just want you to know that I support you, even if you make the wrong choice." She puts the last two words in quotes with her fingers and then hands me a piece of her toast.
"Thanks I really do appreciate your support." I shove the food in my mouth before drinking my juice.
I wonder if Harry is eating toast right now. Jesus I need to get out of this apartment and do something. I really need a distraction.
"I think I'm gonna go for a run to warm me up for practice later." I tell Willow as I rinse out my juice glass.
"Mhm that's why you're going on a run." She mumbles walking to the couch.
"Hey that is why I'm going on a run. You don't know my reasons for running." I say way too defensively.
"Okay." Willow smiles while eating more toast. Where the hell is she getting all this toast? Do we even have a toaster?
Rolling my eyes, I go to my room to get dressed. I'll listen to some music, explore the campus, and not think about him.
//
It's a really beautiful day for a run. As I make it around campus and feel the cool breeze on my skin, I'm glad I decided to do this. I've been running for about 15 minutes and have already seen some areas of the campus I hadn't yet.
