Newt: People running late. Nothing could bug him more than people being late to meetings or dinner. He figured you didn't have enough to do to be late. You could expect a death stare if you held things up.
Minho: He hates when people take things to seriously. Minho's a joker and when people can't understand that he grumbles for a while. You always make sure he is back to a joking mood in no time. Usually by pranking him with whoever bothered him.
Gally: Much to everyone's surprise, does not like disorganization. All of his stuff has a place and every place has stuff. Whenever you are in one of his "area's" you have to be very carefully not to move anything to much.
Thomas: His biggest pet peeve is dirt. Everything is always clean. He constantly wipes his feet to get dirt off and he makes sure the weapons are always kept in good shape. You giggle because you can see when someone is bugging him (usually when they haven't showered in a while).
Alby: His biggest pet peeve is slacking off, if people aren't working hard enough. You remind him that the gladers are under a lot of stress and that he can't keep on top of them ALL the time. He understands but seeing people slacking off or joking around makes his skin crawl. He must have been a retail manager in a past life.
