[Suzue's Pov]
I wake up to the annoying sound of the alarm buzzing from underneath my pillow. Turning off the alarm, I turn around just to be greeted by the morning sun rays casting through the glass window next to my bed.
As I'm twisting and turning on my bed, the alarm goes off again. Yes you're right. I set the alarm for every minute. I'm not a morning person and so I need to be alarmed every minute.
Luckily last night I had a really good sleep so I was able to get up at the first alarm. Stretching away the stiffness of my body, I make my way to the bathroom to get freshened up and later get to make breakfast.
Since I live alone, I don't usually make anything fancy for breakfast. Just a little bread, butter and jam is good for me. But what I need as a must in the morning is a cup of milk tea.
No matter where I am, how good my sleep is or how energetic I feel in the morning, I can't seem to focus properly if I don't have tea in the morning.
After brewing myself a beautiful cup of milk tea, I head into my bedroom to get ready for the days hustle.
Today's a weekday and I have classes starting from morning. It's pretty sunny outside so I grab a plain yellow tee and jeans short and to pair with it I take a yellow sock with sunflowers on it and put them on. Along with it, I wear my all stars classic converse.
Soon I finish packing my bag and after finishing my tea, I head out to start a busy day. My uni is about 10-12 minutes from where I live and I usually take a cab to go to my Uni.
Today just like any other day, I take a cab form outside my apartment and head away. I look out the window of the cab and the sun rays make me wince. Outside is an unknown view I still need to get used to, I think to myself.
Why I need to get used to it you ask, well, let me get into that.
At present I'm staying at Tokyo since my Uni is here, but I'm actually from Kyoto. I got admitted into "X University" in Tokyo. It's a long 5 hours of drive from Kyoto to Tokyo and vice versa minus traffic and other casualties. And thus I had to leave my family in Kyoto and get settled in Tokyo.
It has been about two months since I came to Tokyo. Now's May meaning I got here during March because classes were to start form April. It had been a slightly over one and a half month since classes started since Mays almost at the end.
I get out the cab after paying and as I'm making my way towards the Uni, I feel someone jump on my back from behind and I knew right away who it was. It's Kiyoko.
Kiyoko Shimizu. She's a petite girl of average height with black shoulder length hair. Her eyes are some sort of dark blue and she's got a mole under her lips on the right. She's got a really jolly personality and she's the only person I've known since I got to Tokyo.
I met Kiyoko during the orientation program for freshmen last month. Luckily she's also in the law depeartment like me and so we've gotten pretty close.
"Go~od morning Suzue." She greets.
"You know you gotta stop jumping on my back out of the blue. I might die." I say sarcastically.
"You know I just greeted you like a really nice person and you're here complaining about it?! Where are you manners girl?!"
She says chuckling a little trying to hold back her laughter when I reply,
"Sorry Kiyoko san. Forgive me for my mannerless behavior. Good morning Kiyoko san!! How are you doing today!?"
"Pfft Kiyoko san!!"
