Jungkook woke up feeling fresh. Actually, he's been feeling more energetic whenever he wakes up next to her. The nightmares were nowhere to be found and even if they were present in his dreams, he couldn't remember it being there. He had his day planned out after their morning of making out, sex in the shower, flirty breakfast, and making out again - all in that sequence, and it's been going well so far.

With Lisa's visit to her parents, he would spend his afternoon checking his locker and making sure the weapons are still there and safe. It was. He then went to meet Taehyung for lunch and they did more catching up before meeting Jimin for a basketball game. It's his first time playing basketball and he found himself good at it. He got good sweats out of it and laughed a lot - especially when Jimin shouts at him for successfully blocking the guy every time. Hey...it's not his fault that he's taller than the elder!

Once he's back and showered, he took a nap for an hour. And now he's ready to go out again. Lisa's already back at her apartment, waiting for him to come. He's going to have dinner and sleep at her place tonight. He's quite excited about it, as his girlfriend said she's going to cook something. Jungkook kept laughing to himself when he thought about the salty jumeokbap and how this 'dinner' will turn out!

She said she's not good at cooking but I would still love her to death for trying!

He locked the door and starts to walk down the flight of stairs when he bumped into an old woman. She's carrying what looks like 3 heavy plastic bags opposite him. By new-Jungkook instinct, he tightened the grip on his backpack and hurries a few steps down to the woman.

"Here, let me help,"

"Ahh..." The woman looks up when he took them off her hands. Jungkook froze as he meets her eyes. No...no, it can't be - "Thank you, that's so nice of you," Maybe it's someone that looks like her - there's no way she'd be here! "Young man?"

He shook his mind off the possibility, but his heartbeat is still hard and loud. "Sorry! Which floor?"

"Fourth," 4th? That's my floor. But there're only 2 units...hers must be right opposite mine. I've never seen the neighbor before... "If you're in a hurry, you can just leave it in front of my door -"

"It's fine, ahjumma. I don't mind," He lied. His subconscious is pleading to run but he's trying to be sensible. He has to...no more running remember?

They climbed together - with him behind the woman, thinking and trying to recall the last time he checked on her profile in the Busan Jail system. That's probably 4 or 5 years ago. She's serving 25 years...so it can't be her! Maybe it's someone who looks like her...or maybe he forgot how she looked like and is now imagining, feeling unnecessary things?

Well, whichever it was, it certainly occupied his mind enough that he didn't realize when they reached her doorstep - right across his!

"Here is fine," He lets go of the bags carefully and backs away. "You're my neighbor right? I think I've seen you and a girl before,"

"Ahh...yes..." He ruffled the back of his hair out of habit.

She smiled, looking more and more like the woman he had in mind. "I remember...because she was crying. Sorry, I didn't mean to be nosy - don't mind me! I just heard her knocking a lot and I peeked,"

Oh...that night... "I'm sorry if we bothered you,"

"No, no! I just looked out to check if she's okay, that's all. It didn't bother me...I had nothing to do anyway," She laughed a little. "How is she? Is she alright?"

"Yeah, she's fine, ahjumma. Thank you for looking out,"

"Aish...I should thank you for helping me! Don't be a stranger, okay? I always make cookies, you can knock on my door if you want some,"
