I looked at the sky (which was just getting out of an eclipse), not sure if what I was about to do took me the right way. Do I really want to revert? Do I really want to give up this new life I gave myself to escape what I am returning to?
I'm not sure I have much of a choice.
There's no way I can live with myself knowing that, even though the past breaks my heart, I need those people. Those friendships I've built and those lives I've been placed into... they are dearly special to me.

I just want time to stop in this moment.
