Sports Festival Part 2 - Overpowering Force

Chapter 12

As Todoroki walked to his waiting room his Ninetales and Vulpix following behind him, he saw his father standing beside the door, waiting for him "Out of the way" Todoroki glared

"You still will not use the Pokemon I gave you?" Endeavour asked "I trained that Pokemon to be the strongest of it's kind yet you haven't even evolved it yet"

Todoroki tightened his hand into a fist and continued walking

Endeavour raised his voice "Do not ignore your father, it is disrespectful!"

Todoroki looked back "You have no right to call yourself my father, Not when you were never there for us!! I will become the strongest but I'll do it by only using the Pokemon given to me by mother" Todoroki walked away his Ninetales looking at him concerned as his Vulpix whimpered

As Endeavour watched Todoroki and his two Pokemon leave he sighed "I truly do wish I could've been there for you and your mother more Shoto" He thought to himself

"HERE ARE OUR NEXT TO COMBATANTS ON THE RIGHT, FROM CLASS 1-A IT'S THE TOP OF THE TOP, HE WHO IS WAY TO STRONG TODOROKI SHOTO" Present Mic announced as the red and white haired boy approached the battlefield with a grimace on his face

"AND ON THE LEFT FROM CLASS 1-B THE MAIDEN OF GRASS TYPES, SHIOZAKI IBARA" Present Mic said as the green haired girl made her way to the battlefield

"Dear God please have mercy" Shiozaki thought as she remembered two of Grasses biggest weaknesses

"Her hair... Is she Midoriya's long lost sister or something?" Todoroki thought to himself

Midnight raised her flag "And let the Pokemon Battle Begin"

Shiozaki threw her Pokeball "Servine, Come forth" She said

"Servine" The grass snake hissed

"Ninetales" Todoroki tossed his own pokeball, The white nine tailed fox appeared from a flash of light silently staring down it's opponent

"Servine use Leaf Tornado" Shiozaki shouted, Servine jumped into the air and spun around releasing a bunch of leaves that whirled around it creating a huge tornado and launching it towards the Alolan Ninetales

"Blizzard" Todoroki commanded, Ninetales stomped one of it's paws and howled causing ice to start spreading on the ground around it, it raised it's tails and blasted a wave of freezing air towards the tornado, when the two attacks collided the tornado froze solid, "Now Moonblast" Todoroki said, the sky began to darken as Ninetales charges up a massive ball of energy at the tip of its nose

"S-Servine, Use Energy Ball" Servine charged up a small ball of energy in its mouth and fired

Ninetales also fired off it's attack the massive ball of lunar energy shattered the frozen leaf tornado and swallowed up Servine's Energy Ball before slamming into the grass snake and launching him into the wall, knocking him out

The crowd was silent as they watched the totally one sided battle end with such speed, well all of them except one

"AHAHAHAHA I fuckin told you it would be short" Bakugou laughed getting a few nasty looks from 1-B

As Midoriya watched Todoroki pet his Pokemon and return her to her Pokeball he thought to himself "He looks almost, sad"

The next two matches were rather uneventful, Tokoyami vs Honenuki was rather short due to Honenuki's Hippopotas being unable to touch Tokoyami's Corvisquire, and Kaminari vs Tetsutetsu was pretty underwhelming because Kaminari didn't have a counter for steel types so he lost rather easily, and now was
