"Horse Riding? You mean, HORSE RIDING? Beyond the walls of this mansion?"I asked in disbelief. 

"Yep! Why not?", Seth said, as if it was nothing.

"Umm, hullo, because you think Mrs.Russo will allow us?"

"Well, we don't have to tell her. We go out for sometime, come back before you know it, and Mrs.Russo won't even know. All cool. Besides, ask Aarya to substitute for you. Your little sister will do it for us."

Ignoring the way he said 'us', I said,"Seth, I really want to do this, but it's just not possible. I've never gone outside this mansion, let alone without Mrs.Russo's permission. If we're caught, we are in some serious trouble. "

"Come on Courtney, don't over think it. You know you want to do this. It's about horses. Little miss equestrian is denying such an offer?" 

"Well, okay, but what if she gets to know? Aarya is a big mouth. You know that."

"Hey don't be mean! Aarya will handle it if you ask her sweetly. There she comes. Aarya! Come right here!" he said, turning towards the approaching figure.

"Hi Seth! I didn't know you came! Why, you should have called Abigail too."

Abby is busy Aarya. She said she would come tomorrow. Anyway, Courtney wants to ask you something."

I gave Seth a mean look and turned to Aarya. In my sweetest, sisterly and tender voice, I said,"Hey! From many days I didn't see you playing with those action figures of yours. You lost them or something?" Seth gave me a what-you-doing look and I ignored him.

"Well, no. Abigail and I were playing with them, and Mrs.Russo had called us for dinner. When we returned, they were not there but we soon forgot about it."

"Well. I am going horse riding with Seth. I could get you new ones." Seth's look changed into a brighter one. He gave me another look that said,"Hello Miss Mastermind!"

"Really? Omg that would be wonderful." Aarya's face shone, then suddenly she became suspicious. "Wait. What do you want me to do for you?", she asked. Okay, so I just turned from master mind to makes-things-obvious mind.

"Well, nothing much. Just don't let Mrs.Russo know I went out of the mansion. Okay?"

"You promise I'll get my action figures?"

"Yeah!"

"Okay. Bye now. And don't forget, I had six of them but since you are really getting them, you can buy me eight. Then my collection will be complete."

"Yeah whatever. Bye now." And with that I set off towards the gate with Seth beside me. 

"Wow. You really know how to get Aarya do your stuff. But are you actually going to get her action figures?" Seth asked.

"Yes. I promised her."

"Great. So you want to ride the brown horse or the white one?"

I'd stopped dead in my tracks, and I didn't answer Seth's question. "Courtney?",he waved a hand in front of me. Then realizing that I was staring straight ahead, he followed my gaze and looked into the eyes of an angry Mrs.Russo.
