11:02 AM February 5 Division of Intelligence Agency

"You sure we're still safe while he's still here, blending with other people and working normally? Shouldn't we just do a raid, capture and then interrogate him after?" Tsukishima protested while making coffee for both him and Sugawara on the kitchenette.

"That guy?" Sugawara asked, staring through the glass wall at Kuroo who is now talking to Oikawa.

"Do you know how did he ended up in our agency? He was already working in here before I got in." Tsukishima handed the black coffee to Sugawara and pulled the chair out to sit.

"He was hired three years ago. A year after, Kenma was recruited. Both of them were from the National Police Agency and the Prime Minister was the one who recommended them to us. They were the ones who replaced the agents who died two years ago. That time, when Atsumu's twin, Osamu, five of them died during a war involving the Sakusa clan."

"That was when Sakusa's father is still the oyabun (leader) of the clan, right?"

"Yep. The Sakusa clan, Kita clan and the Shibayama clan were the most popular families during that time. There was something unexpected happened during his father's era that made them a target of multiple yakuza clans."

Tsukishima took a sip of his coffee and turned his head to him, saying, "Data Breaching."

Sugawara walked towards the sink and said, "No one knows the real identity or what does Sakusa's father looks like. All of the data that was stolen that time has all of the identity and account information of the clans. It caused dispute within the yakuza families as they saw an unnamed organization who was selling the information on the private data marketplace."

"How much was it sold?"

"A starting bid of $100M dollars was suggested and all of them, not just the minor yakuza gangs but also the three major families, were eager to get that data." Sugawara grabbed his handkerchief on his pocket, wiping his hands dry after washing his mug.

"$100M just for a data?!" Tsukishima doubted.

"I already told you, right? It comes with their account information. No one knows, not even our government, how much money  the three major families have. There are no records of their net worth or the extent of their assets including cash, investments, houses, real estates, cars and companies they own. That just means, if you have their account information, the data brokers can alter the documents and name it all after you."

"Then how much was it sold?"

"One billion US Dollars. The Sakusa clan won the bidding and they bought their own information, preventing other clans from having a look at it."

"One billion?! That's a large sum of money." Tsukishima shockingly said.

"There's no way they can file a case for it cause even the government doesn't have any records about it." Sugawara added.

Tsukishima stood up and walked towards the sink, preparing to wash his mug too. "I wonder what happened to those data brokers after that bidding."

"They were all massacred and the Sakusa clan got their money back."

"W-what...?" Tsukishima stammered.

"Osamu told me about it. He was there with Sakusa's father on the day of the auction and for safety measures of not wanting the data breach to happen again, he ordered all of his men to kill everyone who attended. When the police officers arrived, the place was filled with blood and dismembered body parts. They were all murdered brutally and the CCTV footages were all corrupted so there was no one who can report or have an evidence of that incident."
