Unrestrained | Weiying.

Part 2 Lihua Town

Lan Wangji POV

"Xiongzhang..." I called to my brother who is busy checking the pulse of Weiying on his wrist.

"I wished to stop myself from telling Wei Gongzi about Mei but my anger took over. In the end i told him everything" Xiongzhang face held remorse.

I who's reluctant on accepting the death of Xiaolian, Xiongzhang mourned heavily. He deeply blamed himself not going after her in Lihua Town because of that Shufu told him to go into seclusion to clear his mind. Its was a short seclusion where when he left he pondered himself on working.

After i rest down Weiying on his bed, i got into the table at his room and set my guqin.

I played a calming song.

After an hour i noticed Weiying sat up from his bed.

I stopped playing my guqin.

"Lan zhan why didn't i remember her? Why didn't you tell me about her"

"Its better for you to forget her?"

"Forget her?! But you know i love her!"

"you speak about you love her but you can't even remember her. Weiying if i told you! What will you do?! Will you go at Lihua town and find her?! Even me I can't do anything back then. I cant afford to lose one of my friends anymore" i raised my voice.

"I kept dreaming her, i can't just remember her!" Weiying talked back.

the darkness of the cave consumed Xiaolian, while the vines that is stopping me to go to her has released me. I followed her into the cave but there is a barrier stopping me it was created by her. It was a demonic barrier and in order to break it i must use demonic energy too but its forbidden for us to use demonic crafts or anything associated with evil.

I can break the rules for her to save her but learning demonic tricks and cultivation will take my life before i can even continue to learn the demonic cultivation and tricks and save her.

I had learned the right cultivation and it has penetrated my mind, body, and soul, trying to learn the demonic cultivation would only cause imbalance, my body would only keep counteracting which causes to drain my spiritual energy until i would weaken and weaken and die.

Through the years she also worked on improving her Cultivation Level until she can even win when we fight and quarrel sometimes.

"It's all my fault, its because im ignorant" i noticed his tears started to drop.

"Your not ignorant, you just did the right things in those days"

"Did she really died?" Wei Wuxian asked me.

"We tried to soul summon her but later and later Shufu Qiren stopped us because there is no response and then we finally approved her death without finding neither her body or soul" there is nothing i can do, even Shufu Qiren forbids me, us to go at Lihua town ever again but the last decision will be still on us. Sometimes i escape and go to Lihua Town.

"I will go tommorow" Weiying said sharply.

"Wei Wuxian!" I shouted at him.

"What's the matter? If you don't want to go with me I won't force you"

I just sigh with his words.

Third Person's POV

-Morning-

Wei Wuxian got up early and packed the thing he will need.

He got to his donkey named Lil Apple and played with the bunnies in Cloud Recess for a moment.
