Kindness can bloom like a flower
Passing from one person to another as it's pollen lingers
Spreading seeds of love
Planting hopes
Uncovering dreams
It can spread like a sickness
Given to anyone that get too close
Passed on undetected
Breaking each individual down slowly
As there is no cure
Oftentimes no easy payment for these simple gestures
But they are counted and collected
These moments of human goodness
It brings out character
Changes people
Simply laying these acts at their feet
It will push them to try
Show them the way of love
To smile
To be kind
