~Oikawa x reader~ pt.2

     (M/N) did not want to go to school. Well, he did want to go because he wanted to learn. He actually really liked school and studying, although his more delinquent appearance would say otherwise. He just didn't want to see his teammates.

     'This is gonna be real awkward.' (M/N) thought as he got out of bed amd started to get ready for school. After they made (M/N) leave the group he didn't feel like he was liked or welcomed at all. He sighed and headed out the door to walk to school. He put his earbuds in and started to listen to some music. He spaced out until he realized he was at school. (M/N) went to the club room to get changed, luckily no one was in there. Afterwards he went to the gym, took a deep breath, then walked through the door and saw the rest of the team doing individual warmups or talking amongst each other.

     "(M/N)!" He turned to see Tanaka walking towards him. "Hey dude, you feeling better?" Tanaka asked.

     "Huh?"

     "Friday, didn't you leave because you felt sick?" Tanaka questioned.

     "No? I left because we didn't have enough tickets for everyone, and since I was the only single one I had to go." (M/N) deadpanned. Tanaka looked at him wide-eyed. He opened his mouth to say something but another teammate called his name before he could respond. He bowed before he ran to the person who called his name. (M/N) decided to stretch a bit before they started.

     "Alrighty boys, let's start!" Coach Ukai yelled. They started warmups and (M/N) stayed silent, trying to focus on himself only. They started to play a game where (M/N), Sugawara, Yamaguchi and Noya played against Hinata, Kageyama, Tsukishima, and Tanaka. (M/N) noticed that Tanaka seemed off his game, but didn't say anything. After a while they took a break. He saw Tanaka surrounded by a few of the guys, but he didn't give a second thought about it.

     The next game started and it seemed like the ball never came to him. When it did though, it was mostly him just receiving. He was open most of the time, but the ball was never tossed to him. The game ended along with practice. They all went to the club room to get changed. (M/N) was kinda slow, so the only remaining people in the club room were Suga, Noya, and Hinata.

     "Hey (M/N) can we talk?" Suga asked. His tone sounded a little off to (M/N) but he nodded anyways. "Why did you say that to Tanaka?" He asked in a passive aggressive tone.

     "What do you mean?"

     "Don't play dumb! You basically said it was Tanaka's fault that you left and now he feels bad!" Noya yelled. (M/N) thought about what he said earlier. Thinking back on it he was kind of harsh, especially since Tanaka didn't know anything about it.

     "Okay, sorry." (M/N) said defensively.

     "Is that all your gonna say?" Hinata asked.

     "Well what else do you want me to say?" (M/N) replied.

     "Something maybe like 'i'm sorry, I was a bit out of line?'" Suga said.

     "Was I really out of line though?" (M/N) questioned. "I admit, I was kinda harsh even though Tanaka didn't know, but how do you think I feel?"
(M/N) didn't want to talk anymore, so he walked out without getting a response from any of them.
