Thanksgiving break was finally here which meant no school. Cassadee, Trevor and Lexis left earlier in the week to go to see Trevor’s family for three days, but they were back now. Our parents had come home a couple days ago and surprised all of us with plane tickets and all week passes to Disney World and the other parks.

"Holy shit Josylne. Did your closet explode?" Miranda asked.

So maybe my room was a bit messy. Okay messy was an understatement. All my clothes were thrown all over the place, but I just couldn't decided what to bring. I mean we've only been to Disney during the summer. What was the weather like in Florida during November?

"No, it didn't. Now please help me!" I begged. I think my mom heard me yelling because she came in to help.

I was glad to have my parents back. As much as I love living with Cass I really do miss my parents sometimes. My mom and I weren't extremely close since she was always away but when she was home it was like we were best friends. Miranda was the same way with her mom.

The first day our parents got home was a day full of surprises, for them. All eleven of us had sat down to eat and the news just spilled out. Cassadee and Trevor announced that they were engaged and my mother burst into tears. My dad's reaction was hard to read. Then came the announcement from Jayden and Miranda. Miranda's mother then burst into tears along with my mother. They were worse than I was! Miranda's dad seemed happy, I mean his baby girl was with someone that he helped raise. After that it was awkward. I think our parents expected Parker and I to announce the same thing. My mom kept looking at me like she knew something, it was horrible.

After an hour and a half my bag was finally packed and I was ready to go, only problem was we weren't leaving for another day. I was sitting on the couch with Lexis on my lap watching Peter Pan. Once she finally realized where we were going she wanted to watch Disney movies until we left. This was our seventh one in two days. My parents took Cassadee and Trevor out to dinner and Miranda's parents took her and Jayden out to dinner. I decided to babysit instead and Parker decided to stay home too, I guess.

"Josy we go there!" Lexis yelled.

"Yeah baby. You're gonna get to see peter and mickey and minnie and everyone," I said.

Lexis jumped off the couch and ran to the room where her toys were. When she came back she held a stuff animal eeyore bigger than her and was pulling Parker's hand. I chuckled.

"Yes, Lexis you get to see Eeyore too." She shrieked. Parker covered his ears in response and then picked Lexis up and brought her to me. "Thanks," I said shyly.

Parker and I still haven't talked to each other much. Part of that was my fault, okay most of it was my fault. After the carnival I just shut him out completely.

"No problem," He said and sat down on the recliner. "Peter Pan, little Lexis was that your pick?" He was talking to her in an adorable baby voice. Parker being adorable with Lexis was definitely not helping me get over him.

She nodded her head. "You Peter. Josy Wendy. Me Tinker-bell!" She yelled.

I laughed as she gave Parker her Peter Pan hat and he put it on. She then gave me a blue ribbon to tie in my hair. She came back moments later with wings on and was running around.

"Pixie Dust!" She yelled and gave the bottle of sparkles to Parker. He then sprinkled them over himself and me. We began running around the room pretending we were flying. Lexis was giggling the entire time.

"Oh Tinker-bell where are you?" I yelled. I was now pretending to be tied to the wall.

"Oh no Wendy needs saving Tink we should go help," Parker said to Lexis. They ran and got me.

After they untied me, we decided to go back to watching the movie. When it was over Lexis clapped.

"Josy? Peter and Wendy like each other?" She asked.

Uh oh. I hope this wasn't going where I think it is. "Peter does. Wendy does but she can't." I could tell Parker was eyeing my every word as I tried to explain this to the four year old.

"Josy? Parker and Josy like each other?"

Shit. Why me? Really why? Thankfully Parker answered before I could embarrass myself further.

"Like Wendy and Michael, yes," Parker explained. Meaning like a brother and sister. Nice save.

"All right Ms. Tink time for bed or mommy is going to kill me," I said and carried her upstairs.

After I got her settled I went back down and sat on the couch. Parker was still sitting on the recliner watching some show. The other still hadn't arrived.

"Ready for tomorrow?" Parker asked.

"For the most part, I guess," I said. Truth was I was as excited as Lexis to go but I was terrified of flying. Last time we flew to Disney World Miranda had to distract me the entire time so I didn't end up having a panic attack. Since she was most likely going to be sitting with Jayden on the plane I was freaking out just a bit.

"Yeah, me too," He said. "Watching Lexis attack everyone should be fun though."

I laughed. "Agreed. I'm sure she'll have many loves along with you by the end of the week."

"Eh I'll always be her number one." He laughed.
