The following Monday, Draco and Harry woke up early, briefly cuddling together before they were ready to start the day. The new found energy stemming from their declaration the day before. Boyfriends. The word rattled around Harry's head, he was trying to decide whether there was a better word in the human language.

They rolled out of bed, Harry tickling Draco's side to stop him from sleeping in and they raced to get their robes on. Draco looked in the mirror they had in their en-suite, examining the deep purple love bites Harry gave him the night before. 'A new relationship gift', Harry called them and Draco loved it, seeing Harry's handiwork on his neck. They were big enough and bright enough that the whole castle could see Harry's handiwork.

After dressing and breakfast and a quick kiss in the second floor bathrooms, Harry and Draco rejoined the other eighth years who were migrating to their first lesson of the day. It was one of Harry's favourite, Care of Magical Creatures, he especially liked it because Hagrid taught this lesson.

Draco had a tepid interest. Learning about big, smelly animals taught by a big, smelly animal wasn't high on his list of 'favourite things'. Not to mention how dangerous these creatures were, thinking back to the time some kind of big chicken attacked him. Draco put this from his mind though, Harry likes this lesson so Draco will put on a happy face and tolerate it. Harry made everything better and more enjoyable anyway.

They walked down the winding paths, to the little hut at the bottom of the hill. Harry led the group with Draco under his arm, cuddling him closer as the Autumn breeze blew between them. Harry brought his hand up and knocked on Hagrid's... he calls this a house? Draco thought to himself, thoughts being quickly interrupted as Hagrid himself appeared in the door frame.

"Ay there 'Arry. You're all 'ere then. Got a treat for y'all today I 'ave." Hagrid said, looking over the eight years. "Follow me then." Hagrid marched from the door frame of his hut, leading the way to the forest. The eighth years followed, all discussing and wondering what magical creature awaits them.

After around a ten minute walk, they came to a clearing, a fence running the perimeter of the grounds. Hagrid stopped, and presented the creatures within the enclosure.

There were eight, magnificent unicorns, grazing in the Autumn sun. Their white fur almost sparkling in the sunlight.

There were a few 'awws' and 'oohs' heard from the eighth years. Unicorns were rare creatures and extremely beautiful to see up close, even Draco had to admit that this was pretty cool, he wanted to gush at the creatures. Obviously, he kept his bad boy exterior though because he wanted Harry to know he was tough.

"Alright, pair off and have a go feedin' 'em." Hagrid spoke over the group. The eighth years listened as they all moved to stroke and feed their chosen unicorns.

Hermione and Ron got a little white one, little horn and candy floss pink mane. Seamus and Dean got a charcoal unicorn, black horn and silver mane.

Harry and Draco moved through the crowd before they saw a thin, grey unicorn. It had a black mane and a green horn. It was unusual to say the least.

"It looks like you!" Harry laughed, looking between the unicorn and Draco. He walked over to it as the creature brought its head into Harry's side to nuzzle into him.

"It acts like you too!" Harry laughed again causing Draco to roll his eyes, slowly stepping slightly nearer to the unicorn. Far enough away so that if something happens, he can make a quick dash away and escape with his life.

"If it were me, it'd be trying to suck your dick around about now." Draco joked, taking a another small step towards Harry and the creature. Harry gave out a loud laugh, pulling Draco closer towards him and the unicorn.

"Just stroke it, you'll like it Draco, the fur's soft." Harry said sweetly, Draco wanted to make a dirty joke about stroking it but he was a little on edge being so close to a dangerous animal.

"What if it bites me?" Draco asked cautiously.

"It's gentle Draco, you have more chance of me biting you." Harry said, everything he says sounds so dirty.

"Okay, here I go, putting my hand on this smelly, dangerous animal." Draco said, stepping up to the unicorn and slowly placing his hand on the mane of the creature. He didn't get bit, he didn't get kicked, he's still alive and the unicorn is actually quite soft. Maybe Harry can be right about a few things, from time to time.

While Harry and Draco are stood petting their unicorn a yell comes from the other end of the paddock. It was Neville, who is currently face down in the dirt, being dry humped by his unicorn. The eighth years all burst out laughing, even Hagrid let out a load laugh before he shoo'ed the creature away, helping Neville to his feet. Poor Neville looked pretty beaten up and shaken.

"Alright class, I might need to take Longbottom 'ere to the medical wing." Hagrid announced, "see if he's got any broken bones and get him a pregnancy test." Hagrid couldn't contain his laughter. The eighth years laughed with him. Neville was really beat up, why is it always him? Draco thought, still laughing at Hagrid's joke.

After Neville and Hagrid took off to the castle, the class was dismissed and they all made their way up the path, waving goodbye to their unicorns.

"Did you see when I touched it? I was pretty brave!" Draco exclaimed, obviously he was proud of himself for conquering his fear and touching a dangerous, wild animal.

"You were brave love, now if you'd hurry, I want to get back to the castle for lunch." Harry laughed, dragging Draco to catch up with the other eighth years and they all made their way through the forest paths, back up to the splendour of Hogwarts castle.
