Lunch

(I decided to skip the drive)

"Alrighty, we're here!"
Leorio said, taking the key out of the car.

It was a nice drive with him. We talked about our hobbies, and what so.

He opened the car door for me, and messily patted my head. He does that a lot..

Once we got inside the school, we went out separate ways.

"What do you have first period?"
He asked, looking down at me.

"Math."

He let out a deep sigh.

"I've got PE. I was hoping we'd have the same class."
He let out a groan.

My face turned red. He wanted to spend more time with me?!

He looked down at me and smiled.

"You're cute when you blush, you know? Anyways cya!"

He patted my head then walked off to a group of people. It must've been his friends.

My face flushed a bright red.
He called me cute..oh my god.

I shook my head. I can't be late for class. We have an exam in math today.

I placed my pencil down after writing for 1 hour. The exam was extremely difficult, considering I didn't study. I could estimate my score was probably gonna be between an C+ or an D-.

After I was done, I laid back in my seat waiting for others to be finished

An alarm went off and I could hear groans. I'm guessing most people weren't finished.

Skip to lunch

I walked out of the band room. It was now lunch. I usually ate alone, because I didn't have any friends.

I was at my locker when I felt arms wrap around my waist, and a chin rest on my head. I looked up to see leorio.

My face turned a bright red.

"L-Leorio?"

Leorio chuckled at me.

"Yep! Hey pika."

He let go of me, and stared down at me, with the cutest smile ever.

"Wanna eat lunch with me?"

My face flushed even more then before.

"U-Um sure.."
I stuttered.

"Great! Follow me."

I followed leorio and he brang me to an empty classroom.

"It's quiet in here."
I muttered.

Leorio nodded
"I don't need people following me, other then you."
He gave me a soft smile, as we both sat down.

"Other then me?"
I asked, as I took out my bento box and raised my eyebrow

He nodded.
"To be honest your a lot better then the rest of my friends and helpless girls that follow me around."

Leorio chuckled and took a bite of broccoli out of his bento.

I blushed. What did he just say? He likes me better then anyone else..

"Anyways how do you think you did in your exam?"
He asked as I took a bite of  teriyaki meat.

"I think I probably got a C or D."
I responded after swallowing my food.

"Oh. I have math after lunch, unfortunately."

I let out a small giggle
"You're smart, it'll be fine."

He smiled, as he took a bite of egg.

"Thanks pika"

I blushed a tiny bit and continued to eat.

After I was done eating, me and leorio hanged out for a while talking.

The bell rang and me and leorio got up.

Before I left for my class, leorio patted my head like he always does and said his goodbye.

"Cya blondie!"
Leorio chuckled, while he walked into his class, then being quickly surrounded by a bunch of people.

I let out a sigh. I was slightly annoyed that he was popular. I was definitely not jealous, it's just that..okay maybe I was jealous. I hated seeing him get attention, I wanted him to myself.

I let out another sigh and walked to my next class.

I sat down in a seat near the window, and started out of it letting time fly.

It was now the end of the day. I was at my locker, grabbing my books. I had another exam upcoming.

I was greeted by another surprise hug from behind.

"Ah! Leorio you scared me.."
I blushed from embarrassment, as I dropped my books by accident.

He let out a small chuckle
"That was cute"

He kneeled down, and grabbed my books for me, and handed them to me.

"You wanna hang out after school?"

He asked, smiling at me.

God he's hot.

"S-Sure.."
I stuttered, as I took my books out of his hands.

"Great! Let's talk about it over text."
He smiled and patted my head.

"I'll cya later, bye blondie!"

I blushed at the sudden nickname, and just slowly waved as he walked off.

My life went from hell to heaven
