Slater

When Jake was a werewolf, he bit my chest really hard and it's bleeding, but I looked over to Reagan. She was passed out. I looked at her arm. It was bleeding like crazy and looked really painful. I didn't know how to help her. So what I did was pick her up and run as fast as I could to my house. My parents would know what to do. August followed me. She's actually really fast, she's super fast.

I ran into the house and put Reagan on the couch. She was still passed out. She looked so peaceful sleeping. I don't want her to die. I'll be alone in this world. I couldn't imagine a life without her. She's my love and I will never love anyone as much as I love her.

"MOM!!! DAD!!! I NEED YOU!!! NOW!!!" I yelled at the top of my lungs.

"Slater, they are out hunting! I know what we have to do though..." August said.

"I know what you mean... but she doesn't want that life!" I can't turn her.

"I know... but she'll die if we don't." August is right... she will.

I looked at Reagan. I didn't want to hurt her or anything... but I want to turn her so we can live together forever... but she doesn't want that life. And I don't want her to be miserable for the rest of eternity. Also, she could be in a lot more danger.

"SHE'S FADING SLATER! YOU HAVE TO!" August yelled.

I had to. I hesitated for a second, and then I looked at her. But then I pulled away really fast.

"No I can't do this!" I said tears streaming down my face.

"Fine, I will do it!" yelled August. Then she did it, she bit Reagan. I looked away.

"Ugh! My head hurts!" Reagan said as she woke up slowly.

"How's your arm?" August asked.

"What do you mean? What's wrong with my-" Reagan started then looked at her arm and her jaw dropped.

"Do you remember anything that happened at the party?" August asked

Yes nodded. Oh crap! Does she remember the werewolf attack?!

"What do you remember?" I asked, sorta worried.

"All I remember is Ava! She acted like Brooklyn was her best friend! And Brooklyn was going along with it. Is that true!? Are they really friends!?"

Reagan looked really panicked. I hate to see her like this.

"Yeah... it is." August was sad... I could tell.

I looked at the place where I bit Reagan. It was bleeding. I don't actually know how she hasn't noticed her bleeding neck yet. I know that saved her life because she would have bled to death. I don't know how it helped, but her arm isn't bleeding anymore. She's immortal... just like me.

"Why does my neck hurt?!" Reagan said, interrupting my thoughts.

"I'm so sorry Reagan." I said looking at the ground. I couldn't face seeing her sad eyes.

"Why?" she still hasn't noticed.

"Reagan... go look in the mirror." August said, also looking at the ground.

Reagan got up and walked to the bathroom. I followed her. I didn't want her to pass out or anything. But then again, vampires don't sleep.

When we got to the bathroom, Reagan's neck stopped bleeding. That was a good sign... I think. She turned on the lights and walked over to the mirror. I couldn't bear to watch what would happen.
