The Doctor's POV
"It's better this way Doctor." She said.
I grabbed out my sonic screwdriver and pointed it at the stickers in Amara's hands. I knew instantly that they would no longer work. I had changed them into dream simulators. So she would forget that she ever seen me here today and that Rose was just travelling around the world. She pressed it to her neck, she passed out like Rose and Jackie did. I took Rose and her mother home. I then returned to Amara's apartment and looked down at her.
"Good bye my love." I whispered and walked back to the TARDIS.
I knew that I was just running away. But I had to give her space so then she had time to forgive me for leaving her on earth. But she knew that I had no choice deep down. I was a different person 35 years ago. I wasn't the Doctor.
