Venus's heart was throbbing against her chest as she and Amoly continued to ran across the streets of New York. The two individuals Venus fought was chasing for them, getting closer and closer with each passing second. The tallest one was further behind, but the smallest was quick and grew near. Amoly eyes began to sting as tears form, blinding her. She was scared. There was one rule to stick together and yet she didn't listen.
The girls continued to escape as the figures grew, however, a sudden lose of rhythm send Amoly falling off and into an alley. Venus was further up front and didn't notice until her little sister's scream filled the desolate air. As she began to turn, the figures were already descended below into the alley.
Amoly opened her eyes once again to see the two figures looming over her being. Fear began to overwhelm her as tears began to flow off like a raging waterfall. As the smallest figure stepped closer, it was then Amoly began to cry. Despite being skillful in fighting, Amoly was the youngest out of her family and this wasn't something she was used to. As she began to cry the smallest figure went into a state of panic. He never saw a girl cry before.
"Hey! Hey! I'm sorry, I didn't, mean to scared you. I was just trying to talk." The smallest figure final spoke, trying frantically to calm the young turtle female down. His voice was high, but wasn't ear scraping. It was soft and dorky. He was wear a long black cloak the covered his face, but he wasn't that much taller than Amoly.
Amoly's cries began to calm as the smallest figure sat across from her. The tallest stood behind and said nothing. The small one sat quietly as Amoly calmed herself long enough to take a good look at the figure before her. They both just stared at one another, not really saying anything. It was very awkward to say the least. Either of them could properly see the other, the alley was dark and the brightness of their mask was the only thing that could be seen.
"Soooo, are you... new here? I've never seen you before." The figure spoke trying his best to lighten the mood. If a smile was being used, it would clearly be shown.
Amoly didn't say anything at first but responded to the question anyway. "I...It's my first time being up here."
Almost like a switch has been flipped, the figure became very excited of the news given to him. "Really?! Great, I could show you around the city."
"Really?" Amoly asked, a bit surprised.
"Yeah. I'm Michelangelo, but you can call me Mikey." He said in cheery tone. Holding out his hand for her to grab, she didn't at first.
"Okay, but...whose that?" Amoly asked pointing to the taller figure standing at the end of the alley. Mikey did a quick turn before facing Amoly again.
"Oh him, he's just a hologram I stole from my brother. He said its for mission but he makes a great skateboarding buddy." He said in a bright smile. He pulled up out a small device and pressed a button on it, causing the other figure to disappear. Despite that, Amoly was still unsure of herself.
"Well, what's with the cloak then?"
Mikey looked down on himself, before again answering. Confused about her question. "Oh, yeah, sorry. I was trying out a new trick and I kinda launch myself into a clothes with some sheets on them." This made Amoly giggle a bit.
After that little explanation, Mikey rips off the black blanket counseling is body. Revealing who he really was. At the same time, the thick dark clouds covering the moon began to move and subsides. Providing a source of light. Revealing both of them.
Amoly's and Mikey's eyes widen as they truly saw each. Before Amoly was a turtle, like her. A male turtle with a short orange mask wrapped around his face with freckles dotted across his cheeks. He also had light blue eyes, like her's, and nun-chucks on his side. Other than her sisters, Amoly had never seen another mutated turtle before.
"YOU'RE A TURTLE!" They both yelled in unison as the scene finally sinks in. They both quickly get up to face one another.
"This is so cool. I always wonder if there was others like me and my bros." Mikey said excitedly as he began circling her. Seeing another every evidence that told she was a turtle. She was much smaller than him, her eyes and skin were brighter in color, and there was a thin golden line on the edge of her shell.
Amoly could feel the the blood rushing through her body and face the boy turtle the orange mask surveys her with excitement written over his face a body expression. The way he acted was a cute behavior, like child going to their favorite candy store. Her heart was racing cause of how close he was. The strong scent of tomato sauce and cheese didn't make it better either.
When he was done, which took about 30 seconds total, he steps back to get a full view of her and her full view of him. After some time, Mikey suddenly realize what he had done and begin to blush himself.
"Ah sorry, I got a bit carried away. I just ... never seen a girl turtle before." He said with pure honesty in his voice, his face tinted with a bit of pink. But before she could say anything, a familiar voice called out Amoly's name into the darken night.
"AMOLY!" A voice from above roared with worry and anger filling it. No sooner, Venus appeared from above with her tessens in her hands, glowing a misty blue hue around them. Little to no reaction time, Mikey quickly jumps back to avoid Venus's tessen which shattered the ground with a single strike. He stumbles back on his feet while Venus recovers from her attack and takes a defensive stands in front of her baby sister. Tessens still glowing the misty blue.
Mikey was on the ground with the figure of a much large turtle looms over. Only two words were running through his mind at that moment.
'Uh oh.'
