THE MERMAID PRINCESS OF SECTION HELL (ON-GOING)

KABANATA 11

         "–To me,you are perfect–"

My first dance was with Kuya Jace colleague.It was fine,cause he was nice and bubbly person too.Dahil nga wala akong masyadong kaibigan ay sina Mommy na ang pumili sa 18 roses ko.

The dance went on and on until it was my 15th dance and its Kuya Jace's turn.

He bowed at me first like a prince and held his hand out.I bowed also to ride with his silly plan and smirk.He placed his hands to my waist and the other was holding me.

"Are you happy?" He ask.

"So much happy kuya." I replied happily while smiling widely,showing my perfect white teeth.

"Am I gonna get ready my fist now?" He said as he dance me in the middle of the crowds.I have able detect the eyes of the guests watching us like a flaunt.

Hindi ko nakuha ang sinabi niya.Anong ibig niyang sabihin?

He saw my face clueless and coudn't understand what he meant so he laugh heartedly.He dragged me to the other direction and lean towards me to whisper.

"Someone wants to punch me right now..kung hindi mo lang ako kapatid at maraming tao ay baka nagsuntukan na kami." He then look at the back.

I followed his gazed at hindi nakaligtas sa akin ang masamang  tingin ni Icarus.Gosh,why do he look angry though.

I sigh. "Let's talk after this." Kuya said with finality.No,it was an order.

"But surely,let's enjoy your party first."

"Thank you kuya."

He stop dancing,I halt from doing too.
Marahang humaplos ang kaniyang kamay sa aking pisngi at tinitigan ako.

"Kuya?"

"We don't know each other that well.Additionally,we don't also share the same blood too.The two of us meet just hours,I mean years ago but I already want to take the responsibility on being your older brother."

I could tell his sincerity and I feel so blessed that I don'y want this to slip from me.

"Ako rin kuya.Sa totoo lang,nung una ko pa kayong nakilala at nakita ay takot akong makita ang pagkabigo...I mean,talagang magagalit kayo kapag nag-ampon na naman ng bago sina Mommy ng hindi niyo alam." Nahihiyang sabi ko sa biglang pag-amin.

"From the very start hindi naman kami nagalit.Nagulat lang kami.Actually,we are really happy on the thought of having a little sister." He smiled afterwards.

"So don't blame yourself.No one is gonna be blaming themselves."

Nangigilid na ang aking mga luha sa aking mga mata dahil sa emosyon na hindi ko mapigilan.Niyakap ko si Kuya dahil sa saya ng aking naramdaman.Hindi man kami magkadugo pero alam kong mahal nila ako.

And that makes the love for ourself beautiful.

"Thank you....thank you so much." I whispered sadly.Sana ganito nalang lagi...

Sumunod si Kuya Ezios pagkatapos kay Kuya Jace.Like Kuya Jace,binigyan niya rin ako ng mga saloobin niya.

"Happy birthday,Hezekiah." Iyon ang katagang sinabi ni Kuya Ezio pagkapos ng aming sayaw.
