It's not anything bad, he's fine. You probably had something come up. William was fine, he wasn't worried. He was trying to be reasonable but kept thinking that you had left and wouldn't be coming back, that he had scared you off. Pacing in the main area William ran his hands through his hair to calm his anxiety. Taking a deep breathe he sat down and waited for you to arrive, you shouldn't be to long....right?

2 weeks

This is the longest you had been gone, you had never been gone longer the 2 weeks. Williams was pacing in his room, you would call for him when you arrived. He growled quietly, he didn't expect you to be gone this long and it was starting to get to him. You didn't say when you'd be back but William hadn't thought 2 weeks. He took a deep breathe and continued pacing, trying to stay calm. You'd be there soon, he was sure.

William had turned back into Glitchtrap and had gone deeper into the game, he would be able to tell if you had entered so he wasn't worried about you coming and not knowing. He was slightly angry that he still hadn't seen you in so long, he didn't like being in here by himself and it was getting to him. He dug through the source code, maybe he could see into the outside world. William didn't even know if that was possible but he needed a distraction. As he was trying to see outside of the game he found something interesting..... things were about to get interesting.

1 month

Glitchtrap was in  his room waiting. After digging through the source code he had a new range for his powers. He was laying on his bed reading a book he had conjured a while ago. He didn't bother to wait for you in the main game play area, it would just be a waste of time. Sighing and closing his book he did a cobra stretch and sat up in his bed. The game was boring after a while and there was very little he could do to change that.

Getting up and walking to the kitchen he decided to grab a snack. After his failed attempt at seeing the outside world he had found that he could modify the kitchen to actually have food, and that he could eat said food. He grabbed a muffin and went back to his room, the only place he really ever wanted to be. Although he could change other rooms messing with the main parts of the game had some major draw backs. (not to be stated here)

October had just started, he had been in here for 3 months now. With little progress made on getting out. Glitchtrap sat back down and ate his muffin, he was at the end of his rope on waiting. "ThEy HaVe To CoMe BaCk EvEnTuAlLy" he grumbled, shoving more muffin into his face. It's not his fault he was a stress eater, or that he had zero patience and terrible anger issues. Eating the last of his muffin Glitchtrap got up and went on a walk through the source code again. He had been going there a lot recently and each trip he learned something new, it was the best way to pass his time while waiting for you.

Just as he was about to get deep into the code he felt it, you had returned to the game. He teleported to just behind his doorway and watched you, you were looking around for him. He wanted to know if you would call for him or not, if you actually wanted to see him. And his patience was rewarded "William?.... Or Glitchtrap, whichever one you are right now." you called out. Everything was silent for a moment before Glitchtrap turned back to his human self and walked around the doorway into view.

"I see you finally made it." he said, trying to keep the anger out of his voice. It seemed that he succeeded as you didn't comment on it. "I'm so sorry I've been gone so long, a family issue came up and took me out of state." you told him "I really didn't want to be gone for so long. I would have told you before I left but it was a very last minute notice." you said looking down. You felt bad that you didn't have a chance to tell him you were leaving.
