                                             Kai's POV
The last time I talked to my mom was a year ago. I was 16 taking care of my 4 year old siblings while my mom was out snorting cocaine. Once she got home I confronted her. Last thing she ever said to me was " get the hell out of my house if I ever see your face again it won't be good" and from there on I've been living on my own. It kills me not knowing how Amelia and Kaylee are, If there in danger or if there alive.

After my mom sent me that text I texted Ariana her and I have always been close she went through everything with my mom when it first happened.

Harry's POV 
As I walk home I start getting paranoid that I forgot something at Kai's. I quickly move over to the side of the sidewalk and check my bag. Of course if I could forget anything it would be my phone. I quickly jog back to Kai's place.

Once I arrive I knock on her door a couple times but no one had answered after 5 minutes so I opened it up seeing she left it unlocked. *smart* I thought.

Once I get in I notice my phone on the coffee table
Right as I'm about to leave I hear a muffled cry. The first thought that came to my head was *is she alright*
I immediately run into her room, she wasn't there, then I go into her bathroom quickly but trying not to startle her.

"Kai? Love what's wrong?" I quickly ask wrapping my arms around her

"My my mom She wants to talk to me" she stuttered

"Oh Kai" I respond not sure how to help.

After a few hours of us talking she got tired, she finally fell asleep in the bathroom against my chest. I managed to pick her up since she's so light.

Once I set her in her bed she readjusts.

"Harry" she quietly says

"Yes Kai?" I respond

"Please stay" she requests

"Ok Kai" I say

And with that I climb into bed beside her, she rolls over and nudges her head into my neck.
I never want this to end

" goodnight love" I whisper
"Goodnight haz" she replied and with that she was out. I swear my heart skipped a beat

The next morning

"What the hell" Ariana says as she sees Harry and I intertwined between the sheets
