Kai's POV
"Wow" is all I can manage to get out as I step out of the airport
It's truly a once in a lifetime thing to be able to live in Maui but when you've been living on that small island your whole life it gets boring.
This is it a new start

Zayn and I had done a lot of research before moving here we basically had everything we needed. We rented an apartment with two bedrooms two baths and a large spacious living room for the baby to play around in and for a nice big couch. Which we already had all our furniture.

Zayn and I had discussed prior to moving that if Harry and I were to ever get back together I would A. Move in with Harry or B. Move the crib into my room and put a bed for Zayn in the spare room but for now we're fine sharing a bed.

Nothing was awkward between Zayn and I. Yes we have shared some very intimate moments but in the end we will always have a strong spot in our hearts for each other

One month in California
Seven months pregnant.
"Zayn love im going to run to the mall to get some new clothes" I shout from the kitchen hoping he'll hear me

"Ok please be careful call me if you need anything" he yells in response
Before leaving I posted a picture to Instagram cause I thought it had looked cute Thankfully Harry doesn't follow me since I just recently made an Instagram account

At the mall
Once I arrived I walked around for about 10 minutes until I found the maternity store. I spent about 20 minutes in there
And spent around 200 dollars "why do maternity clothes have to be so goddamn expensive" I say to myself

As I'm walking into the hallway for the bathrooms I bump into a tall man
"Sorry sorry" I say smiling
But they just kept walking. As I stood there in shock as to who I just walked into
Harry
I put the thought of seeing him in the back of my mind and used the washroom.
Once I was done in the washroom I went to the food court
I wasn't sure what I wanted to eat so I went to Starbucks first
"Hi there what can I get for you today" the barista happily greeted me
"Can I please get a venti mocha Frappuccino with whipped cream and chocolate sauce, and also a cup of water with ice that'll be all thank you" he rang up my total amd I payed
As I was going to leave I realized Harry was in line.
Great I have to walk right by him to get out of here.
I tried to walk as fast as I could but being sevon months pregnant it was difficult, as I walked by him I accidentally made eye contact with him. "Damnit damnit damnit" I thought to myself I tried my best to get away. Eventually I sat in a booth on the other side of where he saw me was

I was on my phone for about 10 minutes until a random stranger sat in front of me
"Sorry that se" I began to say as I looked up to meet a pair of green eyes staring at my stomach

"Kai" Harry said quietly god I missed hearing his voice

"Hi" I said with sort of a bitchy tone

"How have you um been?" He asks

"I've been good" I said lying

"How far along are you?" He struggles to ask

"Sevon months" I quickly respond

"When did you move here? Do you live here alone?"he asked

"No my boyfriend and I moved here a month ago" I responded. The look in his eyes hurt when I said that. Seems like I just broke his heart. He deserved it.

"How long have you and your boyfriend been together" he asks trying to make small talk

"Five months" I dryly respond

"I'm sorry Harry I really should get going" I quickly say while getting up and grabbing my stuff

"Goodbye Kai" he says disappointed

Once I got home I didn't bother telling Zayn as I hadn't planned on seeing Harry again instead I just put my new clothes away
After ten minutes my phone gets a notification.
