*X Ambassadors - Unsteady*

*The Lumineers - "Stubborn Love"*

The girls had fallen asleep on the sofa watching a movie, so when Ally woke up she was spread across one of the sofa's in the lounge. She looked around seeing the other three girls spread around peacefully sleeping.

she made a beeline to the kitchen to help herself to some well needed coffee, the day's previous events had really stressed her out and she was worried about the younger green eyed girls. They had all agreed the night before to leave Lauren alone and let her come to them as they didnt want to upset her anymore.

The had a scheme the night before set up, so every hour one of the girls would pass by Laurens room to make sure she was okay. She seemed fairly okay considering she went straight to bed shortly after which Ally thought was probably best considering the events prior.

It wasnt long after Ally settle at the table with her coffee the other girls sleepily entered into the kitchen. A concerned Camila quickly scanned the room and the yard through the window before speaking up. "She's still not up ?" Ally just shook her head in response. "She's usually up by now" she worriedly eyed the clock that was telling her it was almost half eleven.

"She'll be fine Mila, we should clear up before our parents get back and then we will go check on her okay ?" Camila reluctantly nodded before attempting to eat as much of her cereal as possible but the worry in the pit of her stomach made it hard. The girls did as Ally suggest and cleared up the pizza boxes from the yard, the makeshift basketball court on the driveway and the mess in the lounge before settling back down in the kitchen for a moment.

"I feel so bad guys" Dinah confessed rubbing her face harshly with her hands before burying herself in them ashamed of her actions.

"You know what Dinah... you fucking should. That was such a piece of shit move you arsehole" Normani spat, eyeing the girl with pure disgust which Dinah took, fully accepting anything that was thrown at her right now. she deserved it. "I'm going to check on her, i need to get dressed anyways" Camila wanted to protest and offer to go but she couldn't bring herself to stand up and talk, she couldn't bare to potentially see the sight of Lauren upset again.

Normani ascended the two flights of stairs quickly hoping to go into Laurens room and find her already up and aimlessly drawing like usual. She had a smile on her face as she drew closer to the girls room, the door was still open and she made her way straight in. Stopping suddenly when her foot hit something.

Inspecting the room, Normani's expression dropped. The room was still in the bombshell mess it was the night before. 'she hasn't cleaned it' Normani mumbled unsure of what was happening right now. She then looked across to the dishevelled bed to see Lauren still laying in it in the same clothes as yesterday, the covers were pulled up to her chin as she lay aimlessly staring at the wall beside the door. "Lauren ?" Normani really took everything in.

she hadn't changed, her room was still a mess, she hadn't completed her usual routines, she was in bed past noon and it was as if Lauren wasnt even... here.

Normani swiftly turned out of the room breaking into a full sprint down towards the other girls in the kitchen. She burst into the kitchen, worry evident on her face as she looked directly at Ally with tears welling in her eyes. Normani had seen this before, her Father had a similar halt a few years ago which at the time Normani couldn't understand but as she grew older she came to realise he was suffering with depression. Normani didnt want to jump to the conclusion so soon but it seemed highly likely.

"Ally, somethings really wrong!" Ally placed down her cup following closely behind Normani as they made the fast trip back upstairs. Its didnt take long before Ally took in the same sight Normani had just seen and she instantly had the same assumption as Mani. Ally still entered the room and crouched down beside the girls bed blocking her fixed sight on the plain white wall.
