Side note: I'm working on a few long one shots and I didn't want to leave the book for days so here's a small one shot while i'm working on the others!

"Mr Stark, the Avengers are downstairs waiting for you."
Peter and Tony were working on a new suit for Peter made out of nano-tech so it was easier to access, until a voice echoed through the labs informing the two of the rogue Avengers arrival. "Fuck's sake," he quietly muttered. "How did they get in?"
"Miss Potts let them in, she tells me they were extremely adamant on being let in."
Tony rolls his eyes and sets his glasses down on the table, "I'll be back in a second, kid."
Peter doesn't look up from the table, only nodding his head in response as he carries on looking at all the different types of web shooters being added onto the new suit. Tony smiles before leaving, seeing himself in the boy; not being able to stop working on a project, basically refusing to do anything else until it's finished. All things they both had in common.
He takes the elevator to go a couple of floors down where the common room for all the workers was, the whole floor which used to be the Avengers common room before Civil War and so they were already familiar with it.
The man walks out of the elevator, and sees the rogue Avengers all around the coffee table sitting on sofas. Bucky, Wanda, Sam, Clint, Steve and even Scott. They stopped talking amongst themselves and watched Tony come round to them, he stayed stood up only standing a small distance from the group.
"What the fuck could you possibly want, Rogers?" You could hear the anger dripping from each word, his cold glare burning into Steve's skin. The ex-soldier sighed before getting up and standing in front of Tony, placing his hand on the man's shoulder only to get it shrugged off.
The billionaire doesn't look him in the eyes when he walks up to him, only staring at the floor with his fist clenched. "Tony, I know you're angry about what happened but-"
"Angry?! Rogers, you are so fucking lucky that I didn't get my team to come out and kill that little son of a bitch." He whispered. His tone sounding lethal, slightly scaring Steve but the man only ignored his words and carried on.
"It wasn't Bucky. He's a good man, he would never do that. You know the power Hydra had, they could've easily brainwashed any of us and you know that." Tears brimmed in Tony's eyes, but he blinked them back and looked at Bucky while talking to Steve.
"You could've-" He paused, looking back up to Steve, "You should have told me. What happened to being a team, Rogers? I don't know if you remember but before all this, WE were the Avengers. We were a team, we were friends. But this whole time, you knew?"
He chuckled and shook his head before continuing, "You know, my dad would talk about you so much. How much he admired you, how he wanted me to grow up the become The Captain America. Bullshit. All of it, was just bullshit."
Steve slightly raised his voice, "Tony, you know either way you would've had the same reaction. I did it all to protect my best friend, nothing more. I have nothing against you."
His words angered Tony so much, he started to shout tired of hiding how he was truly feeling, "Nothing fucking against me?! You have no right to tell me how to react when being told who killed my parents! I can't believe I trusted you to have control over that murder!"
"Bucky is no murderer, Stark! You want to talk about murder when you used to supply armies with lethal weapons just for money! All you care about is yourself, we've all seen it and you can't hide who you truly are, you probably don't even care about your parents deaths!"
-
Peter whimpered and covered his ears, slightly covering himself. The shouting was a lot louder due to his heightened senses, stuff like this is what sends him into sensory overloads and that was really not needed now.
He slowly backed into a corner and slid down the wall, the young boys breath got caught and he scared himself into a panic attack. The spider struggled to breathe as the lights went brighter, the shouting from downstairs only becomes louder and his head felt like it was being punched over and over again into a brick wall.
"Peter, it seems you are going into a sensory overload. Would you like me to inform Mr Stark?"
Peter could still hear them downstairs arguing and Tony sounded pretty angry so Peter didn't want to disturb them in case the billionaire gets angry at him too. "No, I'm ok. I can work this out."
He shakily pulls himself back up and grips onto the side of the closest table to keep himself standing up. His legs buckled in and he fell, hitting his head on the table causing the boy to faint and land on his arm. Friday's protocols now demanded that she informed Mr Stark of the incident.
"Mr Stark, Peter has banged his head onto the table after going into a sensory overload. It seems he now has a small concussion and requires immediate medical help."
Fuck's sake, he thought. The man ran his hand through his hair and hurried up to the lab leaving the confused Avengers to stand there and wonder who the fuck this Peter person was.
When he arrived, the man immediately saw Peter on the floor next to the back table. He rushed over and picked him up bridal style, he moved the hair out of his face and saw a purple bruise on the side of his head from hitting his face on the table.
He gently kisses the boy's bruise and mutters "You'll be ok, kid. I've got you, I'm here now."
He quickly carried the boy over to Medbay and seconds later, Bruce walked in being notified of the boy's injury.
"Is he gonna be ok?" Tony asks while sitting down on the seat next to the hospital bed.
"He will fine, it's just a minor injury. Give me a while to check up on it, alright?"
He nods and walks out, walking back to the rogue Avengers even angry more at them this time round. "Oh, you'll get what's coming to you, dear winter soldier."
