Chapter 10

It's been four months since nalaman ko na buntis ako and I'm starting an online class na. I've never expected na ganito kahirap ang online class.

Yung tipong mag mamadali ka and ang hirap intindihin ng lesson pero kinakaya ko. Five months na lang naman ay pwede akong pumasok.

"Atasha you need to send an email next week a report about anatomy and also, a video of you performing a CPR"

"Yes miss, I'll send it to you next week" sagot ko kay Miss Majes, my online class prof.

Siya ang nag handle sa akin dahil kinausap siya ni dad about my situation, she is also one of my moms friend when they are high school.

I end up the zoom and close my laptop before I list all of the things I should do for this week.

Nakaramdam ako ng gutom kaya humawak ako sa tiyan ko, medyo nalaki na ang tiyan ko at halata ng buntis ako.

Napalingon ako sa pinto ng bumukas iyon.

"Are you done with your class?" dad said

"Yes dad" I smile.

He walks towards me with a glass of juice and a plate, hindi siya pumasok sa office since wala daw akong makakasama dito.

Dati ay ayos lang kung mag isa ako dito, pero tumatagal na din daw ang pag bubuntis ko kaya naman hindi nila ako hinahayaang mag isa.

"Here is your food"

"Thank you dad" inabot ko naman ang juice na pinatong ni daddy sa table ko

"Don't make your self tired huh"

"Yes dad, I know hahaha you always keep on telling me that, I would'nt forget it" I chuckled

"Just reminding you, ay siya I'll go back to my office and do some things" he said

I nodded before he walks out my room at pupunta na siya sa kanyang office room dahil may gawa din naman siya dito kahit hindi siya pumunta sa trabaho.

I ate the food that dad brought me and decided to take a nap

"Atasha?" I heard someone knocking on my door

"Atasha? Can I come in?" I heard Lienels' voice so tumayo na ako pinag buksan siya.

"Yeah, pasok ka" I sounded so sleepy when I open the door

"Your dad call me, he's going to office daw kaya sabi samahan kita dtio" she said and she seated on the couch here in my room.

"I see, nakaalis na ba siya?"

"Yes, kanina pa. Mag papaalam sana sayo kaso tulog ka pa daw. Actually kanina pa din ako dito" she said

"Why you didn't wake me up?" I asked

"Cause I don't want to disturb you"

"But you did" I joked

"I know, cause I wan't to go shopping for the baby" she said

"But I don't know yet the gender"

"Let's just buy some baby stuff or mga personal hygienes for the baby" pilit pa niya

"Aish... fine I'll just change my clothes" sambit ko na lang dahil alam kong mag pipilit pa iyang si Lienel.

Kotse ni Lienel ang gamit namin papunta sa mall at hinila naman niya agad ako sa store.

Ako naman ay naningin doon ng mga gamit na pang bata. Hindi ko pa alam ang gender ng anak ko kaya yung ibang gamit lang ang plano kong bilhin, like feeding bottle, milk container and other na pwedeng bilhin na unisex.
