As soon as the bell rang to let us go home I glanced over my shoulder to see Prims friend AJ standing up, packing his stuff into his bag.

He seemed distracted by something and out of his usual down to earth and boring act.

I rolled my eyes and gave up on being curious of that guy. He's always quiet, never raising his hand to answer even if he has all the right answers.

He's so... Odd.

I had waited outside the front doors for about 15 minutes by now and still no sign of Prim.

" Ethan!! "
I heard someone call my name from behind me.

I slowly tilted my head enough to get a glance at Prim running towards me.

" Prim!! "
I excitedly raised my voice as I raised my hand to wave.

" Ugh... S-sorry I'm late... "
She said once she stopped running.

" Its all good~ "

" Did you need me for something? "
She asked with a weak smile as she caught her breath.

" Oh! All I wanted was to ask you a very important question~ "

" W-what is it? "
She stuttered a bit as a small hint of blush circled her cheeks

Cute...

" Well, I was wondering if you'd accompany me to a lovely resta- "

" Prim!! "
Caleb shouted from a distance grabbing both Prim's and my attention.

" One sec Caleb!! "
She shouted back giving him a thumbs up.

" Sorry about that Ethan, go- "

I was just about to head off but quickly noticed the prettiest girl out of a crowd of kids.

Prim...
I thought to myself as a small smile grew along my lips.

She was talking with someone, but I couldn't see them as well.

Maybe its AJ? Then wheres Kimberly?

I decided to go over and stand with them while we waited for Kimberly to come out.

" I was wondering if you'd accompany me to a lovely resta- "

I instantly felt chills shoot down my spine as Ethan's voice filled my head.

" Prim!! "
I shouted, taking his chance to ask her out.

They both spun a bit to face me. Prims face lit up as soon as she noticed me.

" One sec Caleb!! "
She said with her sweet cheery tone as she shot me a thumbs up.

My gaze trailed over to Ethan next to her. He was already glaring down to me, but soon that glare curled into an evil smirk as Prim turned back to him.

" Sorry about that Ethan, go- "
Prim tried apologizing but was cut short by Ethan.

He pulled Prim closer to him by gripping onto her waist, making her flinch. Prim stared into his grey eyes as he leaned his face closer to hers, closing the gap between them with a kiss on her lips...

" Wh-w-I- what was that for?!?! "
Prim shouted with a confused and startled tone as she backed away from Ethan's lips.
