"Well that was fucking terrifying!" Jungkook opened the car door and jumped out as they finally stopped outside Mi's apartment. They lost the cars just as they entered the city, so the whole ride had been well, an experience, for two hours.

"Jungkook! There's a child here!" Mi exited carefully, opening the back door for Hwan to also get out, "stop being fucking stupid and swearing."

"Oh shit, yeah sorry kid." He ruffles the boys brown hair, both radiating smiles. "But I don't understand, if you can't drive why the hell did you sit in the drivers seat back there?"

The journey had been so chaotic there hadn't been time for chit chat, "well, I don't know... you weren't in the car yet and I was ready to drive around, pick you up, and go."

Hwan giggled, "how can you drive though? You don't have a licence!"

"Yeah, I don't know... I just kept turning left and right... I don't even remember..." the boys turned white as she laughed it off, handing the keys back over. "Make sure you go home and get some rest, I'll meet you at the company tomorrow-"

"Hold on-" he grabbed her arm and pull Mi over to his side, his face leaning in to her. "I don't think I want to leave just yet." Jungkook eyes lurked on her face, unable to look away as she stood still.

"I have work to do-"

"I don't care."

"And my brothers here-"

"That's not a problem."

"We havnt seen each other in years-"

"I feel like I havnt seen you, in years." He looked down to her lower half, before back up to her eyes. "Come on, I don't want to leave."

Mi sighed, taking his had in a rushed manner and dragging him behind them. "Ugh men."

They slowly made their way up the many stairs, until what seemed like hours, all three of them stood at her front door. With a quick jangle of keys, the rooms where open and the kids flooded in, locking it carfully behind them.

The boy was the first to run in and jump on the bed, Mi and Hwan sighed at the sight, moving their way to the kitchen. "My apartment is pretty small, you can sleep in my room which is on that side of the house," she point down the hall past the bathroom, and I'll sleep here. "She gestured loosely to the couch at the end of the kitchen.

"What?" The kid shook his head. "No, there's two of you. I'm not sleep with him," Jungkook tried to look offended, but he was currently upside under a blanket, "plus I'm small. We can get a blow up bed tomorrow, I'm happy here."

For such a small kid, he was smart. It shocked Mi, seeing just how well he could talk. How he moved so easily, thought so well and carried himself. The last time Mi saw him, tears fell down his cheeks, he was unable to tell her to stay. He couldn't get the words out in the right order.

"I really missed you." She leaped to hug him. "We were so close- I can't believe I didn't take you with me."

"I know you couldn't... they wouldn't have stopped looking for you if I went too." He sighed, hugging his sister back. "Sure, I couldn't really speak back then. But I didn't forget anything you said to me, all the things we did." They both grinned, setting themselves on the bed next to Jungkook.

"Here, big man, lets go make your bed a little more cosy." Jungkook pulled out a large amount of blankets from Mi's floor and took Hwans hand, leading him back to the kitchen. Mi awed at the sight, god he was good with children.

She hurried to changing into her pjs before he came back, not wanting him to see. Yeah sure, they had been dating for what felt like a while, but they'd only even seen each other once... and well, Mi was too tired to be embarrassed right now. She shoved on a large loose top and some shorts before running back out, but it was too late.

There, next to her door, was Jungkook. He shut it behind her, face blank. "It's been a while."

Somehow, the boy had already taken his clothes off and only left his long white shirt hanging over him. It dragged at one side, where his fingers twirled along with a hanging thread. "I guess..."

"We need to talk." He didn't seem as hostile as normal, when he pulled this stunt. He looked more like he was begging with a stern face. He stepped forward generally and sat on the end of the bed. Mi followed.

"You didn't tell me... about anything." His head dropped.

"Jungkook- you know I-"

"I know, it was hard. I can see, I did see. But we handled it, we over care it Mi. Easily. Sure, it hurt, but we got out and nothing bad happened." His hand reached out and rested on top of hers, "you don't tell me anything. Not about work, about yourself, your family-"

"I thought today would be awful-"

"I'm not just talking about today." His voice sounded fragile, finite. "You should have trusted me."

"Jungkook you know I do, but it's hard-" she hadn't expect to have been attacked by such truths. "I don't like talking about myself."

"Not even to me?" This time he genuinely look hurt. His frown, his eyes. "Mi, you know everything about me. God, I tell you when I sneeze for fuck sake. I just need to you try harder..."

"I am trying harder..." the guilt took over. "I can't just- tell you everything."

He sighed deeply, his head listing up. "You broke my heart." He said it. "I thought we were going to change."

"What do you want me to do, Jungkook? I'm trying! I took you to meet my family! Is that not a start?" She wanted to scream. "What more do you want, I can only go so fast-

He stoped her, his hand on her cheeks. "I'm not asking for you to just tell me everything right this second, I'm asking that your trust me. Trust me not to leave, trust me not to make fun of you or hurt you. Its hard, but I feel so lost. I'm so vulnerability around you, you control how I feel, how I act-I don't want to be the only one who feels like this."

So that was it. Mi got it now. He wasn't mad he didnt know about her family sooner, he was mad she hid it from him completely, that she hid her weakness from him so well as if he would hurt her. "Oh. Right." She cracked a small smile. "I'll-i can do that. I'm yours, and your mine."

He finally cracked a smile too, his hands cupping her face. "Now, kiss me like you love me."

Mi's face sat tightly between his large hands, her head looking down at him. His eyes pleading her whole being and soul for something she couldn't quite pinpoint, his face in such concentration on hers making it hard for her to think of anything at all. To Mi, she suddenly understood what it looked like to be vulnerable. Jungkook, in this moment, was vulnerable. She knew what it was like to hold his life in her hands, with the ability to kill, no decimate, his entire being with one word.

"I can't." She said, the pain from his eyes shot right through her chest. Mi pressed her lips carefully onto his,

"because I already do."
