Chapter 28

*9 months later*
The gates of Winterfell opened allowing Jon,Gendry,Clegane,ser Davos and lastly Robb to enter the courtyard
Lyanna had a big smile on her face as soon as she saw Robb
Sansa:What is that in his arms?That pile of blankets...
Lyanna:It can't be...
Robb got off his horse and came closer to Lyanna,as soon as her eyes falled on the pile of blankets her eyes narrowed,in the blankets was placed a little baby with dark hair and brown eyes
Lyanna didn't even look at Robb and walked past him to talk to Gendry and ser Davos
Lyanna:Are you hurt?
Gendry shook his head while hugging his sister
Lyanna:I missed you,both of you
Gendry:we missed you too
Davos:you should talk to him
Lyanna:I will,just not now,is that child what I think he is?
Davos nodded
Lyanna:Looks like lord Stark will be sleeping in the guests bedroom tonight
Gendry smiled as Lyanna walked away
Sansa took the baby from Robb's arms and walked inside to find the nanny
Robb:Lyanna...can we please talk?
Lyanna:Oh we will talk,Stark,you can be sure of that,I can't promise that I won't hit you,but we'll talk
Lyanna started walking away angrily as Robb watched her
Lyanna:What in the 7 hells are you waiting for?
Jon pat Robb on the shoulder
Jon:you're fucked
Robb gave Jon a death glare and followed Lyanna to their chamber
As soon as the door closed Lyanna started yelling at him and throwing stuff at him
Lyanna:How could you?!How could you?I fucking hate you,Robb Stark,do you hear me?I hate you!
Robb:I didn't think we'd be returning home alive,Lyanna,please forgive me
Lyanna:Who's his mother?
Robb:A whore from a brother close to the wall
Lyanna:I guess I should be happy it's not a wildling's child!
Robb:I'm sorry...
Lyanna:Are you now?
Robb:I really am
Lyanna:gather your things,you're not sleeping in this room tonight
He nodded as Lyanna left the room,soon after she found herself in front of the nursery,before she realised it she opened the door and went inside closing the door behind her.The room was empty besides the baby boy who was starring at the ceiling,Lyanna walked closer to the crib and looked at the child,the living proof of Robb Stark's infidelity,a bastard,Robb Stark's bastard,but Lyanna didn't see any of those things,she only saw a motherless child who didn't know what was going on.The baby started crying so Lyanna picked him up imediatly,the infant calmed down a little as soon as Lyanna started walking with him around the room while humming a song.Jon was passing down the hall when she heard the humming from inside the room,so he entered to see if it was the nurse,his face filled with surprise as he saw Lyanna,he closed the door behind him as she put the baby back into the crib
Jon:what are you doing?
Lyanna ignored his question
Lyanna:does he have a name?
Jon:No,his mother died before being able to name him
Lyanna:Little Eddard Stark,I'm sure Robb won't mind me naming him
Jon:Stark?
Lyanna:Yes,I won't do the same mistake as Catelyn Stark,this poor child didn't ask to be born,and I'll forgive Robb,eventually,I'll raise Little Eddard like my own
Jon:You are really something Lyanna
