I lazily kicked my feet up on the desk as the teacher droned on about not cheating.

My sister sitting across from me randomly burst out laughing as she scribbled furiously on a piece of paper with a crayon.

The teacher paused and stared at her.

My sister glanced at the teacher but resumed drawing, not caring.

"Ahem," the teacher said to my sister.

"Yeees?" my sister spared the teacher another glance.

Suddenly my vision went dark and I saw a woman holding a bloody knife and wrapped in a nun's clothes.

I jerked out of my seat and stood up, shaking.

"I'M COMING FOR YOU," her shrill voice echoed in my head.

The teacher irritably turned to me. "Do you have something you want to say?"

"I-I gotta go."

I ran out of the classroom only to get slammed against the wall by the woman. She pressed the knife lightly against my neck, leaving a trail of blood, before vanishing.

I touched my neck and stared at my hand when it came back dripping red.

I dashed out of the school and emerged in a desert?

It was cold and I shivered.

I looked around but saw no one except. . . the crazy woman slowly walking toward me with an evil grin on her face.

She had pointy teeth.

I turned to run and slammed into an invisible wall.

I tumbled to the ground in a daze as the woman knelt over me and lightly traced a path across my neck with her knife.

Suddenly, she was thrown off of me by a girl who came riding a horse.

The girl turned to me. "Do you trust me?"

I didn't answer and stepped into her waiting arms, closing my eyes to focus on how safe I felt with her.

When I opened my eyes we were in a car.

I glanced in the rearview mirror and saw the woman trying to kill me walking behind us.

I pressed down harder on the gas pedal. "You saved me."

The girl reached over and took my hand. "I always will."
