Taking the devils hand || hawks x reader x dabi

BLUE FLAMES rushed down to the hero, but luckily he jumped in the air flying above the villain who picked a fight that he couldn't get out of. Hawks was holding the girl close to him thinking of a way to get her to a safe place since, as he knew, she was quirkless.

"Don't worry (Y/N) I will get you-"

    As he looked down at the female crawling in his arms, he noticed a cold stare shooting towards the scarred man who simply clicked his tongue at her action and backed away, vanishing into one of the league's portals.
    The winged hero didn't want to ask any questions regarding the situation that just occurred as he was sure Dabi was just bored and decided to pick a fight with a hero to fill up his free time.

"Are you alright? Can you walk?"

    She sighed and slapped his fingers from her shoulder, walking away from him.

"I told you many times, I hate flying"

"Is this really the time to be cocky or mad about it? I just saved your life for God's sake! Be grateful about it brat!"

    Hawks snapped. He hated that she became so cold towards him while he felt so warm whenever she was around. He hated how badly the (h/c) headed female was treating him despite his hard attempts at making her smile, just like she did on her first day at the office. And for a good day or two he thought of looking for a new assistant since he couldn't really get a hold of her attitude.

"That man wasn't going to hurt me. He was just toying with you since you get so fired up all the time about such small things"

"I'm the one who's getting fired up? At least I have some sort of reaction. You on the other hand...you are awful! You really make me feel like I am being scolded every minute by someone"

"Maybe if you would focus more on your work and let me handle mine, instead of flirting I wouldn't have too much to complain about"

"Fuck you (Y/N)"

"I mean, you're trying to do that, but there's no way in hell I would let you"

    Hawks was getting angrier by the moment as he hated the way the woman was talking to him. After all, he didn't have to listen to her talking back. He was a hero on duty, and the last problem he had was her presence.

"Just let me walk you back. I will do this by myself"

"I was requested. No need for me to go back. Let's just not talk for the rest of the way"

    He nodded letting the female walk ahead of him so that he could keep an eye on her if anything bad happened.

     The walk back to the office was as silent as a graveyard. No one was saying anything and no one surely wanted to say anything. They didn't talk much on the field as well. It was a weird tension between the two that seemed to stick to them like glue.

"I think that's all I had for today. There's no reason for me to go back to the office. I will head home now. Thank you for your work today and see you tomorrow sir Hawks"

"Keigo. It's Keigo Takami. I told you that already"

"I know, but I thought that it was rude to use your name considering the situation we are in at the moment"

     Keigo approached the girl, putting one of his arms around her and dragging her into a quick embrace, patting her (h/c) locks.

"I am sorry for yelling"

"It's alright Keigo. I forgive you"

    As she smiled at him, his golden eyes analyzed her features tracing his thumb over her tinted cheek. A pair of (e/c) orbs looked back into his and in that moment, when the sun was setting and the people were rushing back to their homes, in a small alley, the number two pro hero Hawks, kissed his co-worker with the passion of a thousand men.

   I will definetly have to rewrite this story after i finish it. I swear i have good ideas, i just don't know how to picture them lol. Also sorry that it's kinda short
